Thanks to this steam mop my floors are now "lick em" clean

Heavier than I thought for tile floor cleaning. Cleans well and picks up all the dirt, but no remarkable improvements in the look of tile surfaces seen yet.

This thing is great! So easy to use. It does feel slightly heavier than my last steam vacuum.

Wanted to clean my hardwood floors and found this unit. We'll it just works. only problem is water container cap keeps on opening. Steam is very powerful and great.

This steamer is pretty nice. It does the trick on our floors and having two steam settings is great. I don’t like haveing to cycle through all settings to go from steam to standby. The cord is also on the short side.

Powerful steam mop. Unfortunately had to upgrade due to the previous model losing support on replacement pads. THough it works great

I bought this product two months ago. I have been cleaning consistently once a week. This works well. No problems. Heats up quick for the steam. It has a measuring cup and two washable pads.

A little bit expensive for what it does Imo, but still better than classic mopping. Wish it was cordless tho, cord is very heavy and it's really annoying

The directions say to just use water so initially I was leaving streaks and such after using this. I put a Very small amount of vinegar and borax in with the water and that seems to have taken care of it. Overall pretty happy with the purchase, beats a swiffer by a mile and I don’t have to buy swiffer pads or fluid anymore.

Works as advertised. Only criticism is I have large tile area & had to refill water container 4 times to cover entire surface area.

I recently bought a new house and my entire downstairs is tile flooring. With one tank we are able to clean about 1200 sq ft. The scrubbing tool also works really well for tough spots.

Works great but be careful of the floor type. Mine was bubbling from the steam.

Excellent product, does not leave wet floor or bang like several reviews state - only thing is that I really don’t smell the difference the scent disc is suppose to make

Purchased the Bissell steam cleaner for tile and grout cleaning. The unit heats up quickly and detaches to clean the grout. This product can be used for multiple applications. Love it!

Easy to remove pads for cleaning, does not leave residue behind handles easily.

used this right after I cleaned with 2 year old shark mop... and wow! The pad was twice as dirty compared to the shark mop pad. Very pleased just hopes it last longer than 3 years.

I had a shark before this and absolutely loved it. But I wanted to try something new. At first it seemed to work great. But then it quickly stopped producing steam. It’s like it gets clogged. I didn’t get a chance to call Bissel or look up the issue but I guess it lasted over a year. Almost a year and a half. I guess it’s your opinion if you want something that will last years or just 1.5 years or so.
