I absolutely love this steamer! I had a shark steamer for years that finally died and after looking online and doing some research this steamer was recommended at a fraction of the cost of the higher end ones. It performs great, lots of steam time before you have to refill and for $80 bucks you can't beat the price.

I had a difficult time deciding whether or not to buy a Bissell or Shark steam mop. After reading so many reviews, I decided to buy the Bissell. It works great. The best thing is you only need to add filtered water, no chemicals! I'm happy with my order. Also, Bestbuy price matched Amazon's $89.99 sale.

This mop is great. It doesn't use any harsh chemicals or leave residue to worry about children or pets getting their feet/paws dirty and sticking them in their mouths. It cleans the floors remarkably well and picks up dirt that you cant even see. It's efficient and doesn't use much energy either. Recommended

Used it on our new villa. The tile floor throughout the house was filthy. This steamer helped with the cleanup and keeps it clean. The water reservoir needs to be a little bigger for bigger jobs. I like that it's light and just the right size. I's nice that the pads are washable and reusable too.

My wife really wanted one of these so I got her one for Christmas. She loves it. It's much easier than the spray mop we have and also cleans much better. We would recommend extra pads as the pads get dirty very quick.

After many days of research, I decided on the Bissell steam mop, instead of the Shark versions. Boy am I glad I did! This mop is amazing. So easy to use and sturdy. You just know that your floors are cleaner than you ever imagined. I feel like a fool for using an old school mop and bucket of chemicals for all of these years.

I have had this steam mop for almost a year now. It does exactly what it says and have had not one issue from it. Works great !!!

This mop works really well. I would recommend getting extra mop pads because they get really dirty really fast

Easy to assemble and operate. Had the Shark but didn't hold up.

We have a young toddler, so we were concerned about the cleanliness of our laminate wood floors. This steamer puts us at ease. We use the lowest setting. There have been posts on the internet about these steam mops damaging laminates. So far, after about half a dozen uses, we aren't concerned. My wife likes that this unit doesn't require any additives. Just use water. The mop is easy to remove and wash in the washing machine. We've been happy so far. We did get it on sale, which makes us even happier.

Just used my new Bissell 1940 steam mop today. I love it. Easy to use and does a great job cleaning my tile floors. Highly recommended product for anyone.

After researching for many hours online, we have been very pleased our Bissell Steam Mop that we've been using over 3 months. We have lots of hardwood floors and it does an excellent job. A great decision!

So far so good. As soon as I got home I had to use it. Long story short my dogs had an accident and the room reeked. So I put this together and put it to good use. I love the scent pads, it really works! As soon as I finished, the room did not smell anymore, all it smelled of was flowers and the best part was that it wasn't an overpowering scent it was just right. Would definitely recommend this.

We have 2 dogs and 4 cats. That means we clean a lot lol. I put a little lemon oil on the inside of the pad and steam every other day. The floors have no streaks and our socks stay white when walking on the floor. We have vinyl throughout the main floor and I like to change the pad after each room so get plenty of pads.

This is the second Bissell steam mop I have owned. I am having the same problem with the second one as I did with the first. It has started leaking. Big water drops onto my floor. It is not putting out as much steam as it used to. it works really well for the first year and a half, then I started having problems with both of them. Also, it is quite difficult to get the water reservoir out to fill it. If I do my entire upstairs, I have to refill the reservoir to finish the house.

great price, i like the steamer but i don't really think it cleans and puts out enough steam to do the job. and the pads are very hard to come clean. and you can not leave them wet because they start to smell. and that's really hard to get ride of. i wish the mop would do what it promise. ill keep it because a little bit is better then nothing. its is better then a regular mop any day.

We have hardwoods and ceramic tile downstairs and it gets heavy traffic. I can't stand doing traditional mopping constantly, so this steam mop is fantastic for cleaning between those times!

I have tried couple of steam mops and this one is my favorite by far!

I just love this mop. It's so good and much better then my Shark Pro!!

This is my first ever steam mop. Previously I was just using the Swiffer. This mop cleans much better and will save me money over the long run in comparison.
