Great product! Works wonders on my ceramic tile floors. The flip down scrub brush is great for the grout also! Would definitely recommend to anyone with bare/tile floors.

I have owned this for over a month now and love the ease of use and great clean it gives my floors. I have both white tile and light hardwood floors and it cleans and makes them shine!

This steam mop is great for hard floors, the steam feature is great and is easy to use!

The power steamer is poorly manufactured and do not recommend it!! I received the 1st steamer (new model, 1940A) to replace the original steamer (old model) that had lasted 15 or 20 years. Upon receipt, 1st steamer was leaking and didn't provide steam. Called customer service and it was determined that it was inoperable and I'd receive a replacement. 2nd steamer was sent out. Now less than 3 years later THAT steamer is doing the exact same thing as the 1st steamer. Two steamers are broken, both doing the same thing...leaking and no steam. It's obviously a manufacturing defect. Needless to say, I'm very unhappy and disappointed with the steamer. But just to be fair, I don't expect the newer models to last 15 years but I do expect it to last more than two or three years. As I said, poor product design/manufacturing defect.

This machine is two years old, been used perhaps 15 times in that period. Last three months, was intermittent in working. Lights would come on but on occasion would not emit any steam. Now we are to the point it does not work at all!! Lights come on, top light flashes, the steam icon(s) light up when selected, but no steam. Called Bissell, did their little check and test review, was told to take to service center... or they had a deal for a new machine. I relayed to Bissell, I also have an Oreck which is older, works great, the only reason I bought the Bissell was the size of the mop. If it cost me 70 -80.00 to have this Bissell fixed will throw in trash, then get on Amazon or Wal-Mart and buy another steam-mop machine..... but it will not be a Bissell.

Love this mop, cleans my floors great and it's easy enough for teenager to use

Lightweight but noisy. Fresh scent is not that appealing. Still searching for the perfect steam mop.

Does what it's supposed to do. It's not heavy. The towel is removal and washable which is great. This would be perfect it was cordless. Not a big issue, I just like cordless items :)

THIS WORKED FOR US FOR OVER 3 YEARS. JUST COULD KEEP GOING. BISSELL SAID IT WENT LONGER THAN MOST

I wasn't sure how to rate this in number of stars. I loved this steamer but had only used it a half dozen times at the most before the cap of the water reservoir broke. I just pulled the reservoir out, and the part of the cap that engages with the rest of the unit stayed in the reservoir pocket. Since it's a critical piece, it rendered the steamer inoperable. Luckily, it was still under warranty and I was able to return it. This time I got the newer model which has a different water reservoir design so hopefully it won't have any issues.

I was to hesitant in getting this but i finally did and I'm so mad that i didn't get it long time AGO!

I've only used it once since I purchased but it does exactly what it says it does and is very simple to assemble and to use.

This is perfect, it works great and so easy to use. Cleans the dirt and grime very well. Impressed.

Purchased this unit on 8-30-15 and 3 weeks ago it ceased working. It will not power on anymore. So that is about 7 months' use of this Bissell steam mop. About $12 / month to use it. Too early for its time.
