Lightweight but does a great job. Easy to clean. Works well on both long and short nap carpet.

Cleans very well. I have two cats and two dogs with light colored carpet. This makes easy work of any stains.

Worked great to clean my living room and dining room carpets. This one is advertised specifically for pet stains, but I can't really speak to that as I didn't have that issue. My issue was foot traffic and food stains. This worked great, and just abut paid for itself after first usage. I had to do the rooms a half at time in order to be able to move the furniture so had to wait for the carpet to dry before moving to the other half, so it was two day job. The cost to rent a machine for two days would have been close to the cost of this one. Plus I was able to take my time and not worry about having to return a rental. The carpet did dry in about the amount of time they say. I let it go over night since I had the time. I have had other carpet machines, but this one is hands above the older models I've had. One tip...the recommend one sweep forward to add the cleaner and one back to pick up the dirty water. Two sweeps to pick up the water picks up a lot more water and aids in drying time. Overall, results were fantastic in removing foot traffic and some pretty old food stains. Highly recmmended!

I love the cleaning power! My only issue is how quickly it burns thru belts.

I love this carpet/upholstery shampooer. It got dirt out my carpet that my other shampooer missed. I don't have a pet, but the price was hard to beat. My carpet almost looks like brand new!

I have gone through 3 of these cleaners. I wanted to love it because it is very lightweight and easy to use but the solution release button always stopped working and I would have to manually wet the floors myself before cleaning. The first once I figured it was a faulty one so we traded it in for another as I really liked how it worked in the beginning. The second one the wheels stopped turning and could not push, the third had the same issue as the first. We upgraded to another cleaner.

If you follow the directions exactly, there is a lot of water left in the carpet. With a few passes of suction only, the water is mostly gone. Cleaned up dog vomit very well

This Bissell is great. My only issue is that I used it in an area rug that is kind of thick and it retained a lot of water and it took a while for it to dry out. Other than that is works great.

Carpet cleaner has nice hand hose adapter for stairs. It cleaned my carpet well. I have a large surface area and it drys quick. I'm very happy with my purchase

Great improvements from an older model to this model

Bought the carpet cleaner after worrying my house smelled like wet dog . The cleaner was able to clean and dry my carpet in less than a few hrs. Plus, the machine was super easy to clean and even came apart at the bottom so I could clean out the brushes and get rid of any debris.

This works great for cleaning our high traffic carpets. I have a dog and 4 young children and it's great for the stains and dirt they all drag in.

Machine cleans our carpets beautifully and leaves a pleasant fragrance. Carpet slightly damp after finishing. Very handy for everyday spills and pet miscues (haha)! Cleanup takes a little time and the brushes need special attention to clean (— one star). Overall, very happy with our purchase.
