BISSELL - ProHeat 2X Revolution Corded Upright Deep Cleaner - Silver Gray/Cobalt Blue

I loved this purchase! The deep clean does take a few hours to dry, but the express clean shows the same results with quick drying results. Even though you vacuum beforehand, clumps of hair are still going to come up in balls all around where you're steaming, so this cleans and removes deep deep hairs. sometimes it's a little leaky if it's filled with dirty water and left standing. not sure if i'm doing something wrong for that but it doesn't bother too much.

The Bissell carpet cleaner is not too heavy and is not difficult to use. It performed well. It removed stains that professional cleaners were unable to get out. Drying time was not too long either.

I had a Hoover carpet cleaner that served me well for 9 years - but finally the brush stopped working, so I replaced it with this Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution. Wow, take a look at the second picture and the difference it made on one of my area rugs. That is with 2 cleaning passes and two suction passes. I am very happy with the ProHeat 2x Revolution. My only gripe is that the front suction area takes some work to clean. But they do give you a flexi tool to help get the gunk out - so that mitigates it somewhat. Note - this is essentially the same machine as the more expensive ProHeat 2X Revolution Pro. They both have the same brushes, tanks, and suction power. The difference is that the fancier model can squirt cleaner out the front (which is kind of a gimmick, if you ask me. I can spray a few squirts of Resolve Carpet Cleaner myself, and much more accurately). The other difference is on the Pro model the entire front housing lifts off so it is easier to clean inside the machine - which I admit is a nice feature. But not worth $70.

It took me MONTHS to decide on a carpet cleaner. I spent a lot of time researching the different features & reading all of the reviews. I have a one bedroom apartment with a cream/tan colored carpet. For most of my time in this apartment I've had one foster cat at a time in addition to my own cat. Foster cats can be messy. I've always spot cleaned my carpets, but it was time to do a good deep cleaning. So I needed a machine that was strong enough to get some set in stains. But I wanted something easy to use & easy to store in a small space. I had in the back of my head that I wanted to go with a Bissell because I'm a big fan of the work they do with local animal rescues. But I did research all types of machines. I kept coming back to this one. It has turned out to be everything I wanted & more. PROS: Separate tanks for clean & dirty water, which makes it easier to clean the tanks. A lot of Bissell cleaners have one tank with an internal bladder to separate the water. Very lightweight & easy to maneuver. So easy to use it almost feels like vacuuming. Very powerful & cleaned set in stains like it was nothing. Also so powerful that it fluffed my carpet to look new. Did a good job sucking the water back up out of the carpet. Easy to clean the machine when you're done. CONS: None. Seriously. None.

I have owned one of these before , but buying this time from Best Buy was a pleasant experience. Great customer service; easy ordering and instore pickup. Product is very lightweight and easy to store. Leaves very little water behind so drying time is minimal! Gets out stains easily with presoak. My carpets never looked better! Would highly recommend this product to everyone!!!!
