Our Hoover broke and we replaced it with a bissell. Off the bat it cleans better. We have two dogs.

I've had hoovers in the past and thought they worked pretty well until I tried this. Far superior machine.

Easy to use and set up. I was going to replace the rug but tried this machine instead. The rug came out beautiful. So I then tried it on furniture. Great results.

This carpet cleaner is very easy to use. I’ve had it for about three months now. The spot cleaning tool works great. The carpet doesn’t take to long to dry afterwards. Make sure to use the correct formula amount.

I liked the ProHeat 2X Revolution Corded Upright Deep Cleaner. It was doing a good job until started leaking at the bottom. I would give it a 5 stars rating if it wasn't for that. It started leaking at the bottom the second time I filled-up the water reservoir, and that wasn't good. Also, pieces of carpet were coming off. I assume the carpet fiver pieces was due to my carpet being a little old, not sure. I don't know if I could return it and get another one since I only filled 3 times the water reservoir, and stopped using it.

Very easy to clean furniture compared to my old shampoo machine. I did my carpet and couch and the amount of dirt this machine picked up was amazing. And everything dried very quickly. I would recommend to anyone, especially if they have pets.

This carpet cleaner is by far the best that I have ever used. It is so user friendly right out of the box. This little machine brought my carpets back to life almost to new condition. Did I mention my carpets are 20 years old? This is a must buy if you are needing a carpet cleaner.

Does a great job on low pile carpet. I definitely recommend using the antibacterial formula with it.

Used it twice now and it did an excellent job! Easy to set up and use, just have to be ready to fill and dump a few times based on size of your room.

This is an excellent machine super easy to use. I have a new puppy and a senior dog and messes are cleaned up in minutes. Easily removes the stains and smells great

This carpet cleaner works great. It washes the carpet better then the product I had before.

After 10 years with my old carpet cleaner, I bought the Bissell machine and was very impressed. It was lighter than the previous machine and much easier to use, especially mixing the fluid ( just dump the measured amount into the water well). It cleaned very well.

Easy to use so if you’ve never used one the instructions are a breeze. But I’m beyond satisfied it cleaned my carpet very well and the hose attachment made cleaning a few stains a knockout. This is definitely a great purchase!!

Love it! It cleans really great. Wish the tanks were a little bigger and wish you could take of the part that covers the rollers. It would be a lot easier to clean than using the flat thin tool.

This vacumn does really well getting stains out of the carpets! My old dog had several accidents one day and it was a mess. This vacumn cleaned it right up took the smell and stains out! Only negative is that it doesnt suck up nearly enough of the water it lays down. We have over came this issue by making it a 2 man job while wife is pulling it back to suck the water out i push down on the vacumn which helps alot.

We got this cleaner to replace a Hoover cleaner. Love the heated water function. Cleans well and light weight. We use ours regularly and love how well it works. Cleans well and is easy to maintain.
