Advent of a puppy brought the need for this up. It works amazingly well, it changed he overall color of the rug! Great for major and spot cleaning easy to.maintain and the price was right in.

Light weight and does not leave carpet soaking wet. I dont have any pets so my carpet was not very dirty. I do notice a difference. It looks like the day I moved in!

I have read a lot of reviews and I just think people need to keep in mind how to handle things made from plastic. Don't rough house the product and it performs fine. The water tank uses weight to keep the seal tight, so keep it full. My only con so far is the cleanup. I have a lot of pet hair and I wanted to get more out of the bottom than that little tool was going to do for me. But otherwise, it is easy to use, easy to put together and has done a great job on express clean. I haven't tried deep clean yet, but that is next on my list.

It really gets the stains up. I was skeptical when I opened the box, thinking that it probably wouldn't be up to the task of cleaning my son's carpet. I was quite surprised. It's a little loud, but it really has the suction power to pull up stains. I was even able to use the attachment to clean stains off of a mattress. Great purchase and I hope to use it for years to come.

I bought this carpet cleaner based on the reviews that I had read and it has lived up to its rating. It is lighter than the few machines that I have had previously, but it cleans just as well.

I really like it. It was easy to set up, use and easy to clean up afterwards. Great suction. I would definitely recommend it if you need a carpet shampooer especially if you have pets!

Ive went out a bought it but first i shopped around and price matched or shall I say smart shopped around and this was the BEST BY FAR AT BEST BUY and I hurried out and got it and it came with a bottle of Ultra pet odor plus I bought an additional Bissell Deep Clean and refresh carpet cleaner I just love it and it looks like a professional carpet cleaner company did my carpet

I had been wanting one of these for a long time, ever since using a similar one that a friend of mine lent to me. It had to have clean and dirty water reservoirs. I can tell by how dirty the water is that it is doing a great job.

This unit does a very good job of cleaning the carpets and getting out stains. Was easier to use and did a better job than was expected. Good value for the cost.
