Everything works great and it is very light for a wet vac making it easy to handle and maneuver but it's too light to really suck up the dirty soapy water after you put it down... i have a 10# weight I used to help it get low on the carpet and get up the excess water

The water tank doesn't hold as much as I would like to do my size carpets I have to refill a few times but overall a good cleaner

Product is excellent. A bit more than I wanted to spend and could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere, I trust Best Buy

Works great, gets all the pet hair up and gets in the carpet deep. Takes some arm strength after a while.

I must say I have been very impressed with this product. It was easy set up and gets my carpet clean. Im Very happy with this product excellent carpet cleaner.

Bissell works great for deep cleaning. The unit itself is a little heavy to push and pull. Also wish the tanks were bigger but I guess that work led to it being heavier.

We have four dogs at our house so this is a must-have as a home is completely carpeted. I use this on a weekly basis and have not had any problems I wish I would have chosen one with a bigger tank capacity because you can only clean half of a room if even that with a full tank. But is very easy to empty and refill so that helps. The floor does indeed dry in under 3 hours so that's pretty amazing.

This replaced a Bissell I bought about 12 years ago. The old one was bulky and heavy. I like one because it's lighter and easier to clean.

Cleaned my area rugs very well, I did extra rinses with water in an insect sprayer and a Ridgid wet-dry shop vac. Excellent results! One of the best instruction manuals I have seen in a long time, it assumed I had a brain and could do basic repairs! Yes!!!! I cannot see what the "Cleaning Mode Switch" does; at the end of the cleaner's service life I will enjoy disassembling the machine to see if this is actually hooked up to anything. Much easier than having a professional come into my house.

Easy minimal effort great cleaner matched with Bissels cleaning solutions. Spot attachment works great as well. Cleans red mud easily

This shampooer is lightweight, easy to use, and does such a better job than my 20 year old giant shampooer ever did!

Did a good job in cleaning, however its water tank leaked each time it was filled and caused a mess. The clean and dirty water containers are way too small! It would need to be refilled with water and cleaning solution after only three rows of cleaning. It took up a considerable amount of time to do a room because of the constant refilling,. This made even a small job difficult and time consuming. I ended up returning it because of the water tank leaks and the small clean and dirty water tanks.

Very easy to use and great suction to pick up all the water and crud. Easy to clean and store. Great for pet owners

Cleans great. Only reason not to give 5 stars is because it leaks a small amount of water after you are done cleaning.

So it isn't a miracle machine, so if your carpet is old and/or very dirty, don't expect a miracle. To be fair it does clean and if you keep some things in mind, you should be satisfied. 1. Cleaning solvent goes quickly in deep clean mode, so when mixed properly, expect to change the supply tank 2-4 times depending on room size. 2. The number of passes you do change Based on the the solution used; antibacterial requires more passes than the others. This relates to #1. The more passes the faster you go through solution. 3. Go slowly when doing passes; keep it even and steady. Happy cleaning!

The new Bissell carpet cleaner does a great job on my carpets. I was surprised at how dirty the water was since I had just cleaned the carpet and rugs about 3 weeks before. I used it last week on my upholstered furniture and never realized the sofas and chairs were that dirty. I normally just spot clean them. This Bissell carpet cleaner replaces my old canister model Bissell, which I used for many years.
