So it isn't a miracle machine, so if your carpet is old and/or very dirty, don't expect a miracle. To be fair it does clean and if you keep some things in mind, you should be satisfied. 1. Cleaning solvent goes quickly in deep clean mode, so when mixed properly, expect to change the supply tank 2-4 times depending on room size. 2. The number of passes you do change Based on the the solution used; antibacterial requires more passes than the others. This relates to #1. The more passes the faster you go through solution. 3. Go slowly when doing passes; keep it even and steady. Happy cleaning!

This carpet cleaner cleans OK. The machine itself isn't too heavy but when you fill the water tank it is quite heavy. I must be fair, I've only used it once and I think I'm still getting used to it. The main reason I bought this cleaner is because it sucks the dirty water out of the carpet. That feature seems to work pretty well. I also like that the cleaning solution is heated so I feel it cleans better. After I've used the machine a couple more times I will give another review.

my dog loves to pee in her create and I have pee catch under it but somehow she gets it on the carpet as well this cleaned the rug up so nice. I had the pro version a while back and she chewed the power cord off of it so i went with this one and its just as good. only difference from the pro is you cant take the bottom apart as much and you don't have a direct spray feature but I will just put some in a bottle and pretreat

I purchased this carpet cleaner to replace an almost identical model from Bissell about 4 years old. That one worked very well but a hose broke on it. Cost of repairs were more than a new one. I immediately went to work cleaning a bedroom carpet and it did a great job, got a lot of dirt out and dried very quickly. The hose attachment worked well on a cat's oopsie on my mattress. Note to self, change the box sooner.

Works great on moderate stains from normal household wear and tear. Comes with a small bottle of cleaner appropriate to get you started, but you will need to quickly purchase a full size container of cleaner if you plan on doing several rooms on your first day with this machine. Works much much better than the Bissell hand held “spot cleaner” machines.

This Bissell carpet cleaner is very easy to use and is lightweight. There are 2 cleaning modes and a detachable hose for quick cleanups.

Straight out the box easy to assemble no problem. Build quality is top notch and the cleaning power gets the job done.

I purchases the ProHeat 2X Revolution Cleaner specifically for my carpeting in the walkout basement. The first cleaning showed how atrocious the carpeting was. the water was pitch black. The tubing to clean the stairs was long enough to be easy to reach. Complete Drying was about 8 hours. I hope to do another cleaning around Christmas. The carpet had not been cleaned in several years.

My kid decided to rub poop into my carpets, this took it right up and left no stains. Using it with the antibacterial cleaning solution leaves the carpet smelling amazing and clean. Much cheaper than professional cleaning.

Easy to use on any carpet. Great suction for removing water. Easy removal of the canisters.

This is a great vacuum. It has good build quality. The vacuum doesn't move very well under low profile furniture.
