This is a great deep cleaner! Easy to use and easy to handle. This cleans way better than the rug doctors at the store. I'm so glad I bought this!

This is my first carpet deep cleaner. So I don't have any comparison to any products. I would like to say that it did cleaned my 18-year old carpet very well (amazing really). But it does have one issue that I don't like, that is, it leaves behind the dirt similar to the one that is trapped in the nozzle. I have to use another ordinary vacuum cleaner that suck-up this dirt which is my work around.

This vacuum is awesome. Picks up all the dog and cat hair every time.

Works great! The only thing I don’t like is how hard it is to clean the rolls and suction area. You have to remove the side panel to get to the rollers. You have to remember how you remove them in order to put them back. The side panel can be pretty hard to remove and a clip can be easily broken. I would suggest something similar to the Crosswave where the top can be removed rather than going from the side or underneath.

Works well, brought a hoover but returned it the next day little extra dollars brought the Bissell, love it easy to handle and get the carpet clean.

Easy to assemble and use. Brushes and vacuum nozzle were easy to clean.

Replacement rug cleaner. Works exceptionally well and really gets the dirt out.

This would have been so easy to use, had it worked properly. I wasted so much time cleaning my carpet only to find the dirty water tank empty! The 1st time I used it, it only was about 1/4 full; I thought that was weird. The second time, no suction & an empty tank! The cleaner was only 3 weeks old! There was also wet hair-clumps all over my carpet even thought I vacuumed first. It also seemed to be shooting solution out the rear, even without me pulling the trigger. I did all the troubleshooting suggestions (for no suction) to no avail. Bissell suggested I take it to one of their repair centers; are you kidding?? This was practically brand-new! It was a struggle for me to get a refund from Best-Buy, since they wanted me to go through the manufacturer (Bissell) who, by the way, suggested that if I really wanted a refund to return it to the store where I purchased it! I explained this run-a-round to the store manager, who made an exception & gave me a refund after my 2nd trip there. I read other reviews after the fact. Those who haven't had a problem love it, but those who do have a problem have the exact same problem I've experienced. Don't waste your time with this machine!

This is an effective and practical carpet cleaner. It combines the features of an upright cleaner used to clean large sections of a carpet along with the flexibility of a spot cleaner with the included attachments to clean spots and spills off of couches or in tight areas on carpets. Tank side is good and easy to fill. All around good carpet cleaner which has rated in test reviews better than other more expensive brand models.

It does clean really well. & easy to use. It gets the job done.
