The powerful suction Bissell is known for, the convenient size of a vacuum cleaner and heat too! This carpet cleaner is ah ma zing! I put off shampooing my parent's huge master bedroom because well who likes to shampoo carpet? But let me tell you. I got the job done in less than 30 minutes and the output is embarrassing. The waste water was black and black water was being pushed around on the carpet but that simply means it's sucking it up and it's cleaning. I absolutely highly recommend.

We’ve put this machine through its paces since owning it and it has been a lifesaver. We have 4 cats, 2 dogs, 2 kids and I can’t tell you how many messes this machine has cleaned up. After 10 months of use I can honestly say it’s worth the money and can tackle pretty much any mess. We even shampooed the interior of the vehicles with it.

Very lightweight and easy tongues- even came with free cleaner to start with.. Not as DEEP of a clean as the rentals but made a huge difference in high traffic and stained areas! So thrilled I finally splurged and got one.

This was just a great buy. Found this machine cleans my carpets so much better than my last carpet cleaner. I like the double cleaning wheels. It even picks up deeper lint and dirt in my carpet than my Dyson vacuum cleaner. Like my Dyson Vacuum cleaner will do a very good job with my carpet, but then this new carpet cleaner will get down much more deeper. Very happy with this buy!!! Highly recommended!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this rug worked. Not only was my rugs cleaned well, but my rug was left soft! Many times after I have had my carpet professionally cleaned, my carpet was dry and would have a slight film on it; that is not the case with this cleaner. I used the solvent that was provided, it left a light but pleasant smell. I would highly recommend this product.

I really wanted to love this product! I did a lot of research and thought it would meet my needs. That being said, I was pretty disappointed because although the suction was great, it leaks a lot. It actually leaks more than any other steam cleaner I have ever purchased.

This carpet cleaner is by far one of the best I have ever owned to date. We used to religiously us Hoover and noticed the quality and product slipping. We held out and got a Bissel Proheat that is nice but this product picked up so much additional dirt after deep cleaning all of the rooms with our old product. This vaccum will continue to be an amazing cleaner and great to use for my carpets and my vehicles.

Cleans very well. Wide floor head makes cleaning large areas very easy. Build quality is good and feels sturdy. Floor head is easy to clean with included accessory. Included solutions are good. Pet solution didn't seem as effective as the deep cleaning, but nice to be able to try them. I couldn't figure out the easy fill thing... not that intuitive and vague directions.

This is a good product. It has good suction and the carpet is completed dry shortly after use.

Does a great job cleaning carpets and is easy to clean. Leaves carpet a little wet but may be operator error.
