I was very pleased with this cleaner. It works great on carpet, rugs and couches. It is very user friendly

I bought this in hopes of saving my very stained steps and a couple of rugs with pet stains. The stairs have come out amazing. I haven't cleaned the rugs yet, but I would highly recommend this cleaner. It works as well, if not better, than the heavy duty ones you rent at Lowe's.

Only used a few times, so far very happy! Easy to use, and deep clean well.

I have 2 cats and 2 dogs and live on a farm, so the dirt, pee and dander is at a high. I love my BIssell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Upright Deep Cleaner. It is super easy to grab for a quick clean up or a full carpet clean. The water compartments hold enough water for a full clean and super easy clean up.

Easy to use on small and large areas. would prefer on cleaner storage of accessories rather than a separate bag, but they are easy to change and use. My only complaint is that the canisters , for the waste and cleaner are a bit too small and need to be emptied/ refilled at least 4 or 5 times when cleaning a 14' x 12' room. Overall a good machine and very convenient whether it be a small spill or just whole room cleaning.

I had a hoover from a few years ago, my wife used it about once a month. It started to leak so it was time for a new one. This unit pulls out so much more dirt than the hoover did. I have 5 kids and 2 cats, my wife is a freak around the carpet, vacuums several times a day, and cleans carpet atleast once a month. Using this unit, you could see where we cleaned and where we stopped, it made that big of a difference!

Really cleans my carpets great and picks up a lot of excess dog hair the vacuum couldn't get.

This product works great for rental property as well as my home. No issues and works like a charm! Pricing was right and does not use a ton of cleaner for the area it is used for.

Moved into a house that had cats previously, and we are allergic. Cleaned the entire house with this and have seen a noticeable improvement - and did a great job cleaning the carpets. They look great. Had to order some additional accessories online - crevice tool and stair contour tool.

I had a simple steam cleaner in the past, but it just was not getting the job done anymore. Had Stanley Steamers come to my house but they did a awful job. This Bissell works wonders. White carpet is well white again lol. Been using it now all my carpets and it just works well. Deep clean gets any job done. Only issue is cleaning the cleaner. Kinda time consuming. Anyways I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

I have two dogs and a cat. This does a great job when anyone makes a mess on the floor. I used the free sample soap it came with and made the floors/ room smell great! I like that you can also use it as a smaller vacuum. Would recommend to anyone with pets.
