I bought this as I have four rugs that needed deep cleaning and I did not want to pay for a service. It does a great job cleaning but the process itself and maintaining the vaccum can be slightly tedious. Just be careful not to overburden or you will break some of the belts.

Great carpet cleaner for smaller areas. Like 10 x 10 rooms. The power cord could be a little longer in my opinion. But does a great job cleaning my carpets and throw rugs.

This cleaner is amazing! I’ve used it for small spills and big spills and always does it’s job. The detergents that come inside are pretty small so pick up a bigger one on your way out! I love this product!

Love this product. I have two dogs, one of which is a very nervous rescue. He would urinate whenever he got excited, nervous, scared, or even just picked up. This carpet cleaner did wonders on my apartment carpet.

Wish I had purchase this when it first came out. Better than the cleaners rented. Was going to replace carpet and this made it look new! Bravo!’n

Love love love for the price. May not be the best at getting it the most dry but it does a 8 out of ten star cleaning the carpet. For this price range. It’s worth it

I’m a bit obsessed now with cleaning my carpets after watching all the dirt come up. I even cleaned my car mats using the attachment they provided. The attachments aren’t amazing but getthe job done.

Easy to use, the instructions were clear. I used the quick-clean, not the deep clean, and it still made a big difference in the appearance of the carpet. Definitely recommend to disassemble and clean all the parts to prevent rust after use.

So I had this other steam cleaner from a rival company and for some odd reason the tank just got all screwy. Well I found this gem and put it to use. The over all suction is better in my opinion and it heating the water seems to get that extra dirt out so I’m content

All around great.. would buy again. Only con is that the dirty watet tank fills up to quick... and sometimes cleaning extension doesnt release water a little cleaning will help with that... all around pretty great machine..

It met my expectations. It is a really good product and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great product. Easy to use. Goes together quickly right out of the box & ready to go. Don’t go over same carpet area more than once or it causes ripples in the carpet. End result, looks great!

Having my own machine is very convenient compared to renting a machine. Works well and I don’t have to worry about returning it to the store on time

This carpet cleaner is amazing. My wife and I rescued a dog and it sometimes would pee inside the house. Not only did it eliminate the smell it also rejuvenated our carpet and it feels new again.

I've had the big green machine & a rug doctor. Comparing to those machines.... this shampooed is just as good or almost. Might as well get this one and save $400. The most important factor is that the clean water and dirty water never mix and have separate gallon tanks!!!!!!

Easy to assemble, literally one screw. All the other parts snap together very snuggly. Easy to operate, no need to review the directions. Lots of power, cleans as well as my old $400. Bissel.

We have some pet odors that just won't go away. This item works well and makes our carpet smell so much better. I can do about one room before having to refill the tank, so it's great if you're just doing a room or two.

So glad that we purchased the Bissell Proheat 2X deep cleaner. Especially with a new puppy. Even the express clean setting brings up quite a bit of dirt and dries so fast! Easy to maneuver.

I honestly forgot where I bought this from lol of course best buy. IDK how I lived without this, cleans me carpet and makes up look like new if my kids accidently spill juice. I even used it to clean my car.

I really like the pet attachments it came with, great for upholstery also with kids
