I live using this vacuum. With kids that drop everything on the carpets and upholstered furniture...I have been able to keep carpets clean and decent for a long time. Easy to use.

Had a puppy with puppy accidents. I used this Bissel and left my rug like new. Removed odor n stained leaving me pleasantly surprised.

The Name of the device: (Pro Heat) Gives you the idea that the water is heated while cleaning I.E. Stanley Steamer, it is not.. You must use the hottest TAP water you can get...It cools off, you're done...Cleaning is OK, nothing to rave about, but it KIND OF gets the job done...

I am very happy with this product because it sanitizes the carpet as well. Very easy to use and set up, right out the box. For the price, it’s really good!

Bought this as a gift. Already own this model from a few years ago. I love Bissell deep cleaners and love this model. Still running excellent.

Works great on my carpets! Especially helpful with cleaning deep stains and dirt brought in from shoes or the dog.

Quit working after a year . Nice for small house cleaning not for big houses.

Works great for pet stains on carpets. Much better than the handhelds and almost as good as the industrial ones that you would otherwise rent.

The best total package vacuum, we have 3 little ones and a dog and let me tell you it does work good.

Was skeptical buying but decided to try out. We have traditional carpet in bedrooms and a thicker carpet in living room. Overall this unit did well. I was able ti get the floors cleaned and the dry time was a few hours. Would definitely recommend. What prevents me from giving this 5 stars is 2 things. 1. Its pretty loud and 2. I wish it had a larger reservoir. Other than that its a fantastic unit.

I purchased this shampooer for my mother because her old one had recently died. She has two cats that tend to overeat and cream colored carpeting throughout her multi-level home. She's disabled, so carrying things up and down the stairs isn't the easiest for her, but if this thing has no water in it, she does okay with trucking it up and down. I initially recommended a smaller spot bot, but she likes to clean the carpets in their entirety quite regularly. She was skeptical at first because she had never owned a Bissell before, but after reading countless positive reviews, she chose this one and is happy with it so far!

I purchased this to scrub my game room carpet. The carpet is royal blue and about 7 years old, never been cleaned. I used the Deep Clean setting on the scrubber and it worked great. The carpet had a dirt path from heavy traffic. After cleaning, the path was gone. I used the cleaning solution that came with the product. It is easy to assemble and operate. After scrubbing it I went over the carpet again using just plain water to remove any residual cleaner left in the carpet. It picked up a little left over soap but it also got out more dirt. The water was brown with just using the water rinse. I especially liked that it was easy clean-up. It ok about 15 minutes to clean all of the parts.

This carpet cleaner worked great on picking up dirt and pet hair. I never knew how dirty my carpet was until I used this device.

I borrowed one of these from a friend and liked it so much that I bought one. Cannot believe I have spent so much money having rugs and carpets cleaned. This one will pay for itself in just a few months.

This thing certainly does SUCK—literally! Sucked out all the old stains and pet smells to my my carpet a new version of its old self!

Part of the top broke off and wouldnt work. Couldnt be fixed.
