    Only used twice and have to say it works great! Even let my sister borrow it and the smell and feel of her carpet is like new. Not to mention mine also looked new after the 1st use! Very impressed! Will like to try the febreeze version of the cleaning solution next. Just used the samples that came with purchase. I highly recommend! So happy with my new vacuum:)

    Worked a little too well. We only used straight hot tap water and it seems to have sucked out a great deal of wool out of our $3000 rug. Not sure what went wrong. Colors changed on rug also. Probably should not have used it on such an expensive rug.
