It does pull up a ton of debris causing dirt clumps. They have a special poker tool to clean out the hair lumps (two cats). So if you don’t mind pulling out hairballs it’s a good tool.

Very Effective Carpet Cleaner

The old one still works ok, but this newer model is far better at deep cleaning. First use I could tell the difference.

I will say having the two water tanks is already better than my last Bissel Pro Heat. You can really see what your cleaning and if you clean that area multiple times you'll see the difference. It won't pick up dirt because it's already clean. Love the detachable hose as well. So, far so good.

It cleans well, but leaves a lot of water behind. It's easy to fill and empty, but the dirty water bin can leak if you don't set it EXACTLY in place.

Easy to use, and Cleans Well

The original ProHeat had a heating block the water passed through on the way from the tank to the nozzle. This ProHeat doesn't have that block which is GREAT because it would easily get clogged if you don't have the softest of water.
