We have had this machine awhile now and it works great on all of our area rugs. Only 'complaint' is it is quite loud, but that comes with the territory.

Great price, easy set-up, and an overall great machine for the price. I think the self-cleaning feature should be included just like with the spot cleaner machine they have, especially after using the carpet feature....

Does the job, especially when the kids spill drinks in their room! A lot easier to clean than grabbing a towel and random cleaning supplies.

Our puppy had a lot of mistakes made on our carpet. This took away all the ordors and stains left behind from our initial clean up!!

it’s working very well but it’s tough to clean the nozzle

Well i bought this to clean my carpet at home. I didn't see that it was mainly for removing pet stains. It said Pro heat, I thought it was self heating, but that of works if you USE HOT WATER. I wouldn't buy it again

Item works with no problem. It has different settings for what type of carpet it is cleaning. Good item! Only downfall is that it leaks after each use.

Bought this because of our new puppy. It works great and I like the separate tanks. My last machine had a bladder tank and it was difficult to clean. However you cannot leave the top tank half full of cleaning solution. If you it will leak while being stored.

We have a 4 year old who can turn a freshly cleaned room into a disaster in a matter of minutes. With this it doesn’t matter what he spills on the carpets or rugs it comes up with ease (as long as you catch it quick enough)

it torn up my carpet in a small area could be user error but more then likely not. It did leave everything else spot less

Love it, my wife doesn’t like it. She thinks I wasted my money instead of just buying a regular vacuum. I told her it sucks better than her.

We have used this cleaner 3 times now, and it is surprisingly effective! The results are better than the previous professional steam clean! The only part that left room for improvement was that it is difficult to clean out the brush mechanism in between cleanings.

The name is what sold me. It cleans ok not great. Tends to leak and not easy to clean after use. I would not buy it again.

Good cleaner, but the waste water container only holds half the dirty water, had to empty often. Other than that it works well.

amazing carpet cleaner! i have some pets at home that sometimes stains the carpet and this vacuum cleaner is the best by far, worth it!

Does a good job cleaning carpet. Just don’t plan on doing more than one room and not even big rooms before having to refill the tank. Carpets look good thou

Decent for the price. Didn’t get all the stains I wanted to get. If you are looking for a budget cleaner, this will suffice.

I would have given it 5 if 1. Rotating brush stopped when using the attachments. 2. If the plastic handle didn't feel so flimsy. However, it cleans as expected!

I have a little dog that is sometimes naughty while I’m at work. This was the Best Buy I’ve ever purchased. Highly recommend!
