I was pleasantly surprised. It got out some serious stains. My carpets looks its age but it's ions cleaner.

Works well at cleaning my carpet. The water containers could be a little larger. Needs more suction as it tends to leave my carpet to wet. Overall a nice carpet cleaner that gets the gob done.

Better than expected. A gatorade stain that it reduced but didn’t fully remove but you only see it if you know what you’re looking for. All in all, very happy with this cleaner.

This is the 2nd Bissell carpet cleaner I have bought and owned. It works great to clean carpet and furniture upholstery for the cost of the machine.

Bissell Carpet Cleaner removes those dirty stains on carpet from people tracking in dirt on the bottom of there shoes. It cleaned a dirty path I had so good I decided to clean the entire room. My carpeting looks brand new again.

This vacuum cleaner works so great! Use it wherever you want it clean. This vacuum is tough with dirt, stain and smell. It really works the way it is designed.

this machine works nicely, however if you have to do multiple or large areas, this may not be the one for you. youll wanna carry ab bucket or water to dump the tank in every 30 mins.

Nice product but be prepare to purchase a lot of bissell cleaner you'll go through it quickly, and it's not a quick process, budget some time because you will run through tanks of water/soap solution quickly.

This is a good carpet cleaner if you can get it on sale. A little misleading that it doesn’t actually heat the water. Pet hair will get clogged at the bottom but fairly easy to clean with provided tool.

Vacuum works really well and for the sale price, it’s worth it. Less noisy than most vacuums and the attachment is the handle itself makes it convenient that you don’t have to look for it if it is detached.

Works great for pet stains and messes. I use it on my rugs and upholstery. Unlike my previous shampooer this one does well with the shag rug in my bedroom.

I bought this due to the fact that I have carpet all over my house and small children. It does the job and cleans very well I should say.

I have only used this machine a couple of times since I got it. But I’m glad I had it when I needed it. Seems to clean well, especially spot clean with the wand and pet tool.

Does everything I expected it to do, I’m really happy that it doesn’t use that much product in order to clean the floor and it comes with a lot of bottles so you can try it out before buying more.

This vaccum is only good for deep cleaning. If the water is in it longer than 2 days, it makes every thing smell like mildew.

I cleans very well, but the tank empty's too fast..You have to be constantly refilling. That's the only downsize. But other than that, it cleans very well.

It works good. It does get a bit dirty inside and around the brush, which is not as easy to clean. Also, the little flapper for the hose broke after a year,

The only things i like about it can use it to clean spots couces ect.

Great machine. But it gets 4 stars instead of bad designer flaw....when using the hose attachment and tool floor brush still spins.

I had great hopes for my new steam cleaner. With two dogs and lots of tracking in of mud when it's wet I needed a steam cleaner that could handle the task. I have a Dyson Pet vacuum which does a great job of getting up the hair and loose debris so after making two passes with the vacuum cleaner, I didn't expect any issues with the steam cleaner. After all it is brand new and never been used. Halfway through the job it made a funny noise and stopped sucking up the water. I checked everything I could get at to see if it was clogged but found nothing. I have Geek Squad plan so I hope it gets fixed or replaced but I am disappointed.
