I bought this one for convenience, I live in a small apartment and my rug had a lot of spills on it. When I used this steamer, all of the spills came out

Needed something for the house because we have a lot of rugs. This is great for the cost. Works like a champ. No complaints at all. Definately recommend.

At this stage of ownership, rug shampooer works well. Naming and pricing of products in the line and display in store were confusing.

I bought this Cleaner because we have two dogs this is my first bissel product and it work great love the attachments really gets out spots

I had no idea how much more dirt and animal hair could be trapped in a carpet. Add on attachment works well for upholstery.

Very pleased with this purchase. I was able to get out very tough stains with this device.

for the price its a nice carpet cleaner. Although I am very disappointed in the tank sizes for the clean and dirty water. The clean water only holds 1 gallon of water. but whats worse in that the dirty water tank only appears to hold 1/3 of the water before the float lever stops . its a poor design in my opnion. You have to keep empting the dirty water tank that barley holds 4 cups before the suction stops and then you have to keep emptying it.

You can never go wrong.when you purchased a Bissell products. Easy to assemble comes with many hoses for your needs

Excellent wet vac cleaner. Removes pet urine great and cleans the kids’ spills awesome.

This is a great value, although it is not as powerful as many reviewers said it is awesome for the price. It does take a lot of time to do a room on deep clean, but it is worth it if you love fluffy carpet!

I love bissell products. This shampooer is great did a really good job on my carpet and I also caught it on sale. All around good deal.

Seems to work well, down side to it is the fact debris will get stuck in the front area.

Did a good job on older pet stains and ground in dirt in the high traffic ares.

The product works as expected and does a professional looking job on caprey. Wish it did a little big of a deeper clean but the easy fill option is really nice. Alternating speeds of power.

It doesn't look like much, but it does a great job as far as I'm concerned. It does put out a lot of heat and pulls water up rather well for such a small unit. Happy I bought this one.

The machine cleans well, and I would have given it 4 or 5 stars but after only two uses one of the belts already broke. I contacted Bissell and they said this is normal wear and tear. They sent me a replacement as a courtesy, but I find it crazy that this part would break after 2-3 uses and only 2 months of ownership. Hoping the new belt lasts longer.
