I have owned it since the summer and used it 3 different times to clean some rugs in my primarily hard wood home ... nothing to brag about makes a mess at times to clean out the machine and the concentration amount you use just seems too small to actually get into the tank of water evenly. Leaks a lot

Cleaner doesn’t get out basic stains without going over it many times. Like using a tank to go over a stain let it dry then got to use another tank of solution & repeat until gone.

I've used the Rug Doctor before but this does not compare obviously. Setup was quick and simple. Took me a minute getting used to. Some areas that I went over I noticed I would have to go over it again because maybe I went too fast over it. I wished it was a little more powerful.
