Does an alright job. Leaves hair behind when it expels clean water. Taking apart to clean isnt easy. It also leaks from the dirty water tank into the bottom and every time I use it, I have dirty puddles of smelly water on my floor I have to clean up. I wish I would've gotten something else.

After 3 years of owning this machine it started leaking when you put the water container on. So went to return/repair under our extended warranty. Long story short the suction to pull water out of the floor wasn’t strong enough due to being light weight, we had to press on the machine with our foot and then it would finally pull water out. Upgraded to a bissel green machine and what a difference. Should have went that route first and not wasted our time with this sub par cleaner.

While using the hand tool, my unit will leak. I have tried the hand tool many times with the same results. With the hand tool connected, I picked the unit up and I just a spray of cleaner coming out the bottom with not triggers pulled (Hand Tool or Unit itself). Something that I don't understand from any home carpet cleaners, there isn't any weight on the front, so you are always leaving a lot of the cleaner behind. There should be some weight on the front to help keep the suction to the carpet and possible to get to the padding, especially when you have a pet and don't catch the accident right away.

It does the job but the nozzle gets clogged and is a pain to keep clean. It’s good for adults and small spaces. It’s not good for a family with kids or pets.

This vacuum is great for deep carpet cleaning. Just ok for less dense rugs and light messes

It will put the mixture into the floor. It will clean up and help with smells, it it just a little light on suction. I wish it would pick the moisture up better

Says for pet stains. Does not remove urine from dogs. Overall seems to do its job, but again not for urine

I love Bissell products and wanted to give this a try. In a nutshell I just didn't think it cleaned as well as it should've. Most annoying: Little wads of cat hair would bunch up and be left behind as I went through the motions of cleaning. Shouldn't it suck it up? I returned it mostly for the above reasons.

Returned because it didn't have a rotating scrubber like the hoover and didn't work as well.

After buying this, I realized that you have to vacuum before you decide to use the shampoo on this.

Completely useless. I've used this product 2 times in two months. I tried to use it tonight, the third time, and the main compartment was non-stop leaking. It is just unbelievable that it would be this horrible.

Nothing great. Cleans as advertised. Would probably get another brand if I had to do it over.

Works Great and cleaning The name is misleading, it does not HEAT anything.

Decent product, not bad, not good. I would recommend this for others, but personally not for me.

it seems ok but parts of it seem cheap. it has worked ok so far. The water extraction is a bit weak.

I'm less than impressed with the product, and to be completely honest; I'm not sure why this is a "pet" model as it mostly clumps the hair on the rug. Also, it does a pretty poor job of picking up the liquid out of thicker pile rugs. Even owning this we're going to have to enlist Stanley Steamer or get a Rug Doctor.
