Not that great, spend the extra money to get the superior 1986

it worked okay given I had to go over the same spot over and over and didn't dry for a whole day

I bought this with high hopes for quick clean up tool in between deep carpet cleans. I had used Bissell before and had been happy. My problems started right out of box on the fist use. The spray is intermittent at best. I would reseat the cleaning solution tank numerous times and try again. I followed all of the problem solving suggestions in the manual and had zero luck. I took it back to the store and customer service told me that I was the second person that morning to return the exact same model with the exact same problem. I don't recommend buy this model as it seems like more then a one off.

Doesn’t get up water very easily but good on small stains

For some reason it worked fine , but then after 30 minutes of use it wasn’t. I let it sit then it worked again. Probably just a bad one. I returned it and upgraded and it’s been great. Bissels work the best

Didn't do the trick for a family with 3 dogs and needs carpets cleaned

Bought this carpet cleaner thinking it was going to be amazing due to the reviews but the cleaner did not live up to the hype. Cleaner failed to remove stains that should have came up easily. A decent cleaner but not what the hype says it is.

I’ve owned several carpet cleaning units through the years, and was very unimpressed with this one. Leaves the carpet sopping wet even after multiple passes without solution to try and suck some it up. Returned after one use and went back to a Hoover.

It’s decent for everything other than a really deep cleaning.

Middle of the road vacuum price wise and functionality.

Worked well the first time I used it. 2nd time (Less than a month later) won't suck anything up. After a triple check of compartments, hoses, openings, and obstructions. The vacuum still will not suck up anything. I am disappointed and would like my money back.

Expected a better quality and a better clean. Clogs constantly.

Never got the thing to work right. It constantly leaked. Big and bulky. Really disappointed

I bought the new Bissell Pro Heat 2 and was the worst machine I ever bought. I have had a total of 4 Bissell carpet cleaning machines.. I have pets so I get my carpets Tracked up . This is the worst machine of the 4 . It leaves soaps saturated in carpets

Disappointed in the cleaning experience. Suction isn’t what it was on previous models. Cleaning takes twice as long. The want attachment isn’t strong and suction is weak

It leaks the dirty water & get a tough time replacing it because it’s not within the 15 days. Steam cleaner seems defective but it’s tough to get a resolution or properly working product.

Over the last 6 months, I have purchased and returned 3 of these. The first two did not spray any liquid. One of the belts on the last one broke after about 6 months of use. When the product worked, I had no issues with it.

I returned this item after 1 week-didn't work well.
