Doesn't suck up excess water. Leaves carpets soaked and not very clean.

This carpet cleaner started out great. First and second timed used it did an amazing job. 3rd use it lost its suction power and I had to completely rebuild it to work again.

Product works but is very temperamental. Product looks nice.

somethong broke on the bottom, have water gushing out. Will exchange under warranty for somethings else.

Not a fan of this product. It left dirty water stains on the floor.

You have to pass the vacuum at least 5 times for it to look decent.

I've had 2 of these ones now. Both of them burned the belts and brake that make the brushes spin. If it gets hair, a little string of carpet, or even just longer carpet in the brushes. It puts a load on the belt and starts slipping right away.

This is a piece of junk used once had to call. Bissell to get new roller because it broke went to use it agian and it broke agian.

Not clean the carpets properly. Especially not able to suck the dry items for instance papers/dry leaves/ small food particle etc. Total waste of money

Unit was defective. Bissell is sending a replacement unit but the process takes two weeks. I should had returned it to the store

Terrible. It would turn on but it wouldn’t work. I got it twice thinking the first one was defective but it’s a very cheap product

Works well, but after just 3 uses, the brush rollers broke, and stopped working likenit should. Could of it just been this one?

I only had this carpet cleaner for about a month and it doesn't work anymore and I will be returning it

I highly recommend the Bissell Proheat 2X Revolution Carpet Cleaner. I had spend nearly $400 to have my carpets cleaned by a professional carpet cleaning company, and I was not satisfied with the results. The company had returned to try to get the dirt out of a specific area of my dining room, but to no avail. I purchased the Bissell Proheat 2X Revolution Carpet Cleaner from Best Buy and brought it home to try it out. After one use, the dirt in the carpet is gone. I also used the attachment to remove spill stains from the cloth-seated stools in my kitchen. They now look like new! You will not be disappointed in the ease of use and the results of this reasonably priced carpet cleaning machine. The sales associate at Best Buy was very helpful and applied a price-match to my purchase. Great deal!

I am using this for last 6 months. Waste of money. Not cleaning properly. Waste of money and time

Horrible if you have pets. Pain to get cleaned. Has odd odor after 1st use.

I was surprised, cleans, well easy to use. It is a little noisy. They’ve improved it over previous models.
