I was happily surprised by the good job this carpet cleaner did. I had read the reviews, which were mostly good. That is why I chose this particular machine. It is not bulky .It is about the size of an upright vaccum cleaner. It is easy to assemble.It did a great job for my apartment .I give it 4 and a half stars. The only thing is that you have to make several trips to refill and empty the dirty water container and refill the clean container with solution and water.The water containers are not real big .But machine would be bulky if it had bigger water containers. Therefore, I did not mind having to empty the dirty water container and refill the clean container with solution and water a few times. My carpets and rugs look so much better. It looks better than when I had a professional come out to clean my carpet.I give it not 4 and a half stars. It deserves a 5.I hope that this review helps someone else to make an informed decision. The previous reviews helped me. Which is why I chose this machine.

It's a bad vacuum to buy doesn’t work for principal function ( vacuuming)

Not recommended, leaks and is not powerful, don’t waste your money

I had this carpet cleaner sincr 2017 and it had been such a great purchase. It worked great for almost 7 years without problems. Cleaned amazing and I just loved it. Unfortunately this is no longer available as newer models are now in.

I have had my carpet cleaner for about 3 months now. It works great! It's loud but I don't mind, it seems very powerful. I've had issues with other cleaners and my short carpeting. It's light and not as large as most so it fits in my closet instead of the garage like my old carpet cleaner. The water does run out faster then some but I don't mind refilling. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase.

Very easy to put together & use. Did a great job on my carpets & dried fast. Only suggestion to Bissell would be to make the cord longer

We have 3 dogs and we thought our previous Hoover was getting the job done.. until it stopped working 3yrs in. Went out and purchased this model after reading the reviews online. We were not disappointed! It did 2 rooms in half the time with way better results while using half the solution. The deep cleaning mode is a must use! Trust me people.... Buy this Steam Cleaner!!!

We bought a home built in 1997 with upstairs carpet. I ordered this Bissell on Friday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday afternoon. Just cleaned 2 long hallways and a bedroom. I used 2 containers of Hot water with the 2 Oz. of solution and it worked great. I emptied 2 dirty containers that were dark brown dirty water. Take your time and follow the directions. Get the tap water as hot as possible. Well worth the money if you don't mind doing the work.

I bought this a few months back and have used it a couple times, and it works well! However; today is the first time I can say that I am super thankful I bought it! Complete doggy blow out when I came home from work!!! Clean up was so easy with the hose hookups...you can’t tell at all by looking around that there was poop smudged into my carpet just a few minutes ago.

Very easy to assemble and use for the first time. Did an amazing job of cleaning up dog vomit that had occurred during the night. I did not have a carpet cleaner so I had to purchase it. Meanwhile the vomit dried for around 10 hours. This machine cleaned it right up with zero issues.

Gone are the days of the clunkers! This slimmed down model is a gem! I hope it keeps working the way it does coming out of the box. Very easy to put together, and very quick drying time! Well done Bissell!

does a really nice job for a very fair price cheaper than hiring a professional cleaning service

I used this for the first time today in my house and I'm impressed thus far. We live and work on a ranch and bring all kinds of dirt, manure, hair, etc. into the house just because of the nature of where we live. I vacuum probably 2x a week at least but decided to buy this to help as well. It pulled up a ton of dog hair and dirt, so much so that I'm sure I'll be running it again in a week just to pull up more. It's held up its end of the bargain, I'm glad I've purchased it.

The BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Upright Deep Cleaner is great! It does a wonderful job and is very easy to use. Having 3 dogs and 1 cat, it gets a lot of usage. I did have one issue with the belt breaking after 3rd use, but ordered a replacement from Bissell and haven't had an issue since. Would definitely recommend to anyone with pets.

This is a great carpet cleaner, I had originally purchased it because of pet issues. But I really noticed how good it was when I cleaned my carpet prior to me moving out of my old apartment... it was a night and day difference.

I have never seen so much cat hair come out of my carpet before! I have used a Hoover Spin Scrub for years, but it gave out on me. I have a Hoover bagless vacuum and it would pick up tons of cat hair, but after using it and then using THIS new machine, I was astonished at how much cat hair was still coming out of the carpet! I am definitely happy with my purchase.

Excellent for the low price. I was hesitant, but money was low and I couldn't afford the more expensive ones. So glad I got this one. Easy to assemble and easy to use.

Awesome device but with all water carpet cleaners you gotta keep them clean and never use baking soda powder before cleaning will ruin and clog the machine

I've had this for a few years now and it gets heavy use as I have two pups that end up with muddy paws that gets tracked into the house. Overall the unit works well but I've had both of the wheels fall off of the unit now. They're simply connected by a small plastic axels which have a "C" ring on the inside to make them stay in. The plastic eventually wears down and the "C" ring pops off causing the wheel to fall off. I bought two new wheels with new C rings and axels and replacement of the first one was a pain but I did it and now the second wheel has fallen off. I have the machine nearly taken fully apart and still have trouble getting the C ring on the other side. I'm very close to just buying a new one (different model) to avoid dinking around with this any longer!

I searched high and low for reviews after my Hoover kept quitting on me within 3 carpet washes. The beater bars are suppose to go 2 different directions on this, of which they do not. The roller bars sit on top there is no weighy to force them into scrubbing the carpet. You have to mix the liquid and detergent together so if you want to just rinse the carpet you actually have to clean out the container very good. Water gets cold, the "heated part" literally blows hot air on the container from the bottom. Poor cheap quality plastic made containers, the thickness is a step up from a milk jug. The weight is all left to be in the handle which is a problem, as you are cleaning the floor weight is all on you. 2 simple stains still sit mostly in the carpet and oh lets not forget the suction is horrible, left so much water in the carpet my wife had to push down on the carpet cleaner to actually get the water to suck up because there is 0 weight in the front of this machine.
