Very dissapointed

We got the chair and ottoman done and 1/2 of the couch. Carpets were not started yet. The belt broke and part of the bristles were breaking off and my husband said the motor sounded terrible. The roller brushes keep runing when you are doing your furniture which in turn is not good on your motor and the brushes, belt etc... I told him to pack it up we were heading back to best buy. I have never seen my husband be so strong headed to stay away from a certain brand after that. We asked the employee at Best Buy if all the roller brushes stay on while doing furniture and they came back to us and said yes. He or we I should say paid the extra $80 and bought the Rug Doctor and absolutley love it. And by the way: the roller brushes do not stay on with that one while doing furniture. So Best Buy employees did not have the correct answer for that one!!!!!

Disappointed product

I find this vacuum is a bit heavy. And not durable, uses it 4-5 times and had to replace the belt twice, which burnt easily.

Belt broke during first use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this today after my last Bissell died in the middle of cleaning my stairs. Put it together and finished the stairs with the hand tool. Started cleaning living room flloor and found the brushes weren't turning--broken belt during first use. Very disappointed -- will see how Bissell responds. Of course Bissell customer service isn't available on Saturday evening. This cleaner may have to go back to the store in exchange for another more reliable brand.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So let me first say the only ever vacuum carpet cleaner that i have experienced using is my moms Kirby (really expensive) and in comparison was not impressed, for starters I had to empty the dirty water tank and refill the solution tank about 3 time for just my bedroom alone so that sucks :( Idk but i hate having to stop and do those things and i have a lot of carpet to tackle
