Messy dirty cleaner. Took forever to clean and smells something is butning everytume i turn it in. One side sprayer only. My rug should be white not dirty still. Im contacting customer support or return this before i get respiratory problems and neurological.

I read other reviews and people said that they had an issue with the dirty water tank. After using the machine a few times, I understand. That is the only issue that I have with this machine. The suction and cleaning is great.

I was amazed at the results when I tried this Bissell Pet Pro Plus rug cleaner for the first time. For context, I have wall to wall carpeting and two small dogs one of which has digestive issues and vomits often (my vet and I are sorting that out). I have a Bissell Pet Stain Eraser--a small handheld cleaner--but that unit just wasn't the right solution for my situation. I had doubts that my new rug cleaner could tackle the old stains, but it did! There is no trace of where the stains were, and the carpet looks great. I did a pretty clumsy job on my first attempt as I figured it out, but the end result was impressive. The key is emptying the dirty water container when it reaches the full line to sustain maximum suction. It was as easy to handle as a typical upright vaccum. Also the components were easy to remove and clean. This is definately the right purchase for my household.

This has been so amazing and easy to use. I can do about one smaller room before I empty it and refill it. But I have 2 cats, a husky and a pitty that all shed a lot. This has helped get the puppy training pee spots gone, the cat throw up, gone, the spilled paint from the kids - gone! It's easy to use, you fill up the top with hot water and the cleaner, turn on the red button at the bottom and go. It has a option for spraying water, then scrubbing and sucking it up. It's a little hard to clean the bottom sucker if it gets clogged, but not impossible, just takes a little work and taking a few things apart. Again, I have husky and lots of long animal fur. I highly recommend this.

Cleans great, tank size is a bit small so you do end up filling and dumping more quickly then other machines, how ever it is a very quick step to do. the heating works well and i have to say it did a great job

Very easy to use and lightweight. Cleaned a cream colored rug that was really dirty and we have 2 cats. Once dried it looked brand new. Only had to dump once for a 5 x 7 rug

I’ve been listening ok’ing for a carpet cleaner and decided on this one due to the two rows of brushes. It does a good job. My hubs tea stains came back after a month or so, but carpet is at end of life and at least the stains are gone while guests are here. Easy to use, clean and store.

I will not put the carpet cleaner away without cleaning up the machine so that it will not stink or be nasty the next time I use it. Removing the cover over the brushes makes it easy to keep this machine clean. The cover should be sprayed out to remove any lint or hair that may not have been removed when vacuuming the floor first. The tanks on this machine are smaller than some and will require filling more often, but depending on the number of passes, one can complete an entire bedroom on a single tank. Larger rooms will require a refill and dump of the dirty water. There is a button that will allow you to spray additional soap on specific areas from the front right side. Although I have not found myself using that feature, it could be handy if you wanted an area that could not be reached with the vacuum portion to soak before coming back with the hose. I haven't needed to use the hose yet, but it hooks up right above the brush rolls and seems like it is simple enough to attach and detach as needed.

Imagine large areas of gray or even black carpeting when it should be WHITE. Imagine no professional carpet cleaner can get our carpets looking even decent after many attempts. We gave up on getting our carpets cleaned professionally and decided to purchase our own cleaner after hours of researching and reading reviews, a Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Plus. I cannot tell you the transformation. It is amazing !!!! I am so proud of me and my husband ... and even more proud and thrilled we invested in this Bissell machine. It worked out so well. Granted, we still have some problem areas, but our carpets never looked this good. I'm sorry I didn't take any before and after pictures because no one would believe me. All I know is that it's a VERY WISE investment, and it definitely speaks to the old adage... if you want something done well, do it yourself... and I will add, this part... "and do it with a Bissell !!! " There was only one negative... deciphering the owner's manual, so we watched a YouTube online tutorial for our specific product, and it worked great. The online tutorial was excellent.

Forget Stanley Steemer. This little bad boy will get your carpet super clean will remove all the stains your well behaved pets soil all over your carpet. All smells are gone as well. Great price point and simple to use.

It cleans well but I don't like the emptying tank where all the dirty water goes is incredibly hard to put back in. When you are trying to be quick to keep cleaning and you have to wait 10 min to get the container back in. Also very hard to clean out the animal hair that gets trapped in the front part of it. Without a small brush to clean it, it's impossible. Even taking it apart and washing it - very hard to put back on. Adding the water and the cleaner is very easy.
