My wife used a Bissell that we bought many years back. It stopped working correctly so we looked at this one. This one is much easier to use. Much easier to empty and to move around. As much better cleaner.

Very good product. I was surprise by the amount of dirty water it collected while cleaning my dining chairs. The handheld one leaves the surface more wet compared to the main cleaner.

This machine washes great! The only downfall about it is the small tank sizes. You will have to dump the waist tank twice per solution tank. It will take about three tanks per room but does a great job cleaning. The hand tool is awsome and furnature is dry in about an hour. Havent really used the pet tool. Very easy to clean the machine and even comes with a tool to get the stuck stuff out of the suction area. The base top comes off also so, all and all a very good cleaner.

It was an easy item to put together. The instructions are very clear. I have to admit I had a heavier duty one for the past five years and I was worried this would not be able to take up the slack. I was very wrong. This one does extremely well and, cleans up very easily afterwards. Even the wand has two different settings that I really enjoyed.

I love it, lightweight which makes me hate washing my carpets less. I like that it has deep clean and some superficial clean just on top. I have dogs, so it really makes a difference.

We purchased this, as well as a Bissell Little Green ProHeat. This ProHeat 2X Revolution upright was needed when we really needed to clean a larger area of medium-pile carpet, after our 14-year old Boston would have an accident. The ProHeat 2X Revolution performed quite well, and it was nice to be able to stand-up and clean. This was the disadvantage of using the small, portable Little Green ProHeat, which required getting on ones hands and knees. However, and this may seem odd, we found ourselves using the Little Green more than this 2X upright, as it took a little more work to set-up the 2X, and clean it when done. That's the nature of a larger upright, of course, but it just wasn't as useful as we were expecting. For others who are just trying to accomplish normal pet cleaning (i.e. not fairly frequent accidents), this upright would have been the better choice, and it cleans a larger area, faster. This is not a full-blown carpet cleaner. Bissell makes those, as do others, and they cost quite a bit more. However, between professional or more-invested carpet cleanings, this 2X Revolution upright gets the carpet fairly close to a pro clean (particularly if you vacuum first, and then use this 2X). It's cheaper than a pro clean, but you will have to run to the sink and refill it, at around 5 minutes of cleaning per tank fill.

Does a great job and is easy to use. cleans up nicely after use and my rugs look like new.

Great machine! It removes stain like butter! And it is easy to use and not too heavy.

The cleaner is light weight and easy to use and clean. It cleaned the carpets very well and removed the unwanted stains and odors.

Over the years, we’ve tried most of the top brands and models. This time I was swayed by the review of Southern Living magazine. After months of use they proclaimed model as the best combination of effectiveness, ease of use, durability and keeping it maintained. I could not agree more.

Not to much to say. This works great and very pleased. Easy to use, cleans super well. Wish the reservoir tank was larger. You have to refill the water/detergent tank frequently. The holding tank fills fast but auto shuts off the flow of water so there is never any overflowing. My old carpet cleaner would leak water while moving it around. This Bissell is tight and well built. Very please and woudl recommend.

I have light carpets, traffic areas even though we really try to have a no shoes home, and pets...so constantly cleaning my carpets. Ive had plenty of carpet cleaners, even rented those big red heavy ones...and the cost of a carpet cleaning company not only isnt affordable for us, but i like my carpets looking nice all the time. This machine is easy, has good suction, and helps our home look and smell great because its easy to pull out anytime and freshen things up!

This is our second purchase of this steam cleaner, we love how well it cleans and the power it has to suck up the water. It is easy to use and clean.

I was skeptical about carpet cleaners and had always relied on scheduling a steam clean from the commercial companies. However, I am more than impressed with this unit. I like how this cleaner soaks the carpet while the agitators/brushes do the cleaning, and the vacuum sucks the excess dirty water back in. I cleaned my entire upstairs over a few days (had to move furniture and allows portions of the carpet to dry). I also used the 3-in-1 stair tool (ordered separately) to thoroughly clean the stairs. It was a lot of work, but it did work well; it just requires a lot of sweat! I highly recommend this unit and no longer feel the need to call a commercial company. I don't mind the task of cleaning the carpet. If you need something done in 1 day, then you might need to call a commercial cleaner and let them do all the work. However, this certainly gets the job done and removes the dirt, grime, and most stains. You do have to stop often to fill the basin and empty the container that has the dirty water. It empties easily and you can quickly continue. Cleaning is also simple. I just remove the parts and run water on them and let them dry. I got this on sale and feel good about the price I paid. It was definitely worth it and I now have a tool to use to immediately clean carpet spills, etc.

I absolutely love this thing! It gets up the mud and the hair that the vacuum missed, and leaves the rugs bright and looking like new. Because I can use it whenever I want, my house doesn't have to smell like dogs. (Love the dogs, don't love the smell) This little machine is easy to use, easy to clean up afterwards, and does a very effective job of cleaning lived-on rugs. Money well spent.

I love this cleaner I have always been a huge fan of Bissell products, but this one by far has become my new favorite. My last cleaner finally died almost 10 years after i purchased it, this one was the replacement and I'm in love. It seems to me that it cleans better, has more power, and the attachments are top notch

Best carpet cleaner I have ever used and best part is I own it! I have been renting from Lowe’s for years now this was the best decision I have made. It worked so well and is super user friendly. Plus takes up barely any room in my closet. Couldn’t be happier to preserve my carpets and get them cleaned even more often. Definitely purchase one of these.

Works great, you definitely want to read the instructions before you try to use it. Not hard to use just little tricks that are helpful. Easy to clean and very powerful. Espe3fhw suction, my last carpet cleaner took forever for the carpet to dry since the suction was so bad.

Works amazing. Cleans furniture easy also and pulls stains out nice!

Its a good vacuum cleaner and has great suction. Two issues though due to the water tank. Bith are located on the handle so theres not much weight in thenfront to provide better suction. The dispose tank also fills very quickly due to its size and the fact it is on an angle when you are using i whihmch makes the water level raise higher than it actually is.
