The Bissell is slighter lighter than our previous cleaning machine Hoover. Bissell works fine and the brushes do a better job in making the rug fibers stand up. You also do not have to push as hard on the back stroke picking the water back up.

Overall, I’m kinda pleased with my cleaner, but there was a lot more clean water than the dirty water that was sucked back out of the carpet! And holy moly! The hose was so difficult to attach and detach, and the spray attachment doesn’t always spray. Still, the carpet is much cleaner rhan it was, and that makes me very happy.

Definitely has suction and gets up the dirt. Just like everyone was saying you have to dump the water holders often but overall I would buy again.

This was an excellent purchase! Easy to use and gets deep down dirt and grime. Love the pretreating and proheating features. Highly recommend!

Great product to use. I have tried multiple carpet cleaners but none helped as this one.

This model has me sold. I did a lot of research on this carpet cleaner and the suction power it has makes it one of the better ones out there. I would, however, do what I did and wait for a sale because the price is steep. Previous to this carpet cleaner I was using an older model and the difference is night and day. Would highly recommend

Loved this unit. My old Bissel finally wore out. This one is so much nicer and lighter. The only issue I had with it was frequent refilling of the solution tank and emptying of the holding tank. Otherwise it did a great job.

This vacuum is amazing! My husky left so many hairs and stains, and this thing cleaned them up, making the carpet new!

ProHeat 2X cleaned carpet very well. I had only one drawback on giving it an excellent rating. Dirty water container has to be emptied too frequently.

This carpet cleaner is amazing. I am known for keeping a VERY NEAT and CLEAN house and these results would make you slap your teacher! Recently had company for a month and my carpets took a beating. I picked this item based on reviews and could not be happier. I went carpet cleaning MAD and ended up shampooing my entire house - all the floors, all the upholstery in my kitchen and living room, then I even felt compelled to do the fabric seats in my 20-year-old Acura RSX. Let me tell you... I have not cleaned the interior seats in this car since it was purchased... so I felt a little faint when I was vacuuming up chocolate milk from the seats, lol. So satisfying!

I haven't put too many hours into this product yet, but I've run about half a dozen full tanks through it, I'd say, and - thus far - it's been great. I watched a short YouTube vid on it, and off I go. Made a huge difference in a home with aging (and sometimes incontinent) kitties. Easy to use and clean, as well. Intuitive.

First, easy on packing, set-up (insertion of one screw that never comes out), and use. Second, good hand and foot controls. Third, easy clean-up is easy of the rotor unit and disposal tank, both requiring disassembly and reassembly, which is uncomplicated.

So easy to put together initially, easy to use with easy fill lines marked on the water tank. Easiest carpet cleaner I’ve ever owned when it comes to removing and cleaning the dirty water tank. It removed stains other carpet cleaners didn’t touch, and I had deemed ruined. Glad I made the jump to purchase!

Great machine, great price, but I wish the tank capacity was larger. That is the only issue I had with this machine.

Have used it many times and absolutely love it. Easy to use and does a good job.
