I absolutely love how easy it is to clean up after shampooing the carpet, this machine comes apart so easily;and be able to clean in area's that I've never seen on any other carpet cleaner. It's also lighter than any other carpet shampooer I've ever used. Love it

Very good product. I was surprise by the amount of dirty water it collected while cleaning my dining chairs. The handheld one leaves the surface more wet compared to the main cleaner.

We have been wanting a carpet steam cleaner for years and this Bissell met our expectations. It was very easy to set up and learn to use. There are a lot of parts to clean, but the instructions are very clear on how to do so. All in all, a great product. Looking forward to using it more and more.

With mutiple dogs and a few scally pets we have to clran oir carpets more often the we'd like. This does the trick for a quick spot clean or for a whole room. Easy to setup, easy to use, and by far thr easiest to clean of all the models we've tried

Light years ahead of older models! This one does SUCH a better job than the old Bissell I replaced. It's lighter, wider, lower, overall just better! The canisters are easier to access and clean much better than previous models. It's also MUCH MUCH easier to remove pet hair from within the machine itself. The fluid that it comes with is very pleasant smelling and completely dissipates after a day or two. So happy with my purchase!

BISSELL this is a better version of the product. Overall, the product does exactly what is advertised by doing a great job of carpet cleaning. The quick results from the clean are exactly what is expected. BISSELL even made cleaning this compoents/parts very easy by allowing you to remove the pieces that need to be cleaned after each use. So instead of struggling to clean the product after each use, you are able to quicly remove each piece and wash them before storage. With 4 dogs and loads of dirt carpet areas this clean does a great job of picking up the dirt and leaving the carpets clean. Highly recommend this product.

I love it, lightweight which makes me hate washing my carpets less. I like that it has deep clean and some superficial clean just on top. I have dogs, so it really makes a difference.

Super easy to use and super easy to clean. I have used and purchased several carpet cleaners, and this is by far the best! Cleans up cat puke like a dream and the attachments also came in handy for cleaning my old couch. Absolutely recommend.

Overall, I’m kinda pleased with my cleaner, but there was a lot more clean water than the dirty water that was sucked back out of the carpet! And holy moly! The hose was so difficult to attach and detach, and the spray attachment doesn’t always spray. Still, the carpet is much cleaner rhan it was, and that makes me very happy.

This model has me sold. I did a lot of research on this carpet cleaner and the suction power it has makes it one of the better ones out there. I would, however, do what I did and wait for a sale because the price is steep. Previous to this carpet cleaner I was using an older model and the difference is night and day. Would highly recommend

Very easy to use and with deep cleaning! Water tanks are very easy to remove and fill. Lightweight so you can carry it up and down stairs with no problem.

I haven't put too many hours into this product yet, but I've run about half a dozen full tanks through it, I'd say, and - thus far - it's been great. I watched a short YouTube vid on it, and off I go. Made a huge difference in a home with aging (and sometimes incontinent) kitties. Easy to use and clean, as well. Intuitive.

As good as the reviews that you can find anywhere. Powerful, easy to assemble and even easier to use. Does the job its intended for with ease and very well. Will recommend it for anyone with pets and cleaning in general.

Works very well for open carpet areas. You will have issues getting right up next to the wall. Attachments are eay to use and the device is easy to take apart to clean. Overall easy to use and maintain.

Lightweight, strong, easy to use. I have 2 cats, a dog, and a newborn; the carpet and furniture looks almost new after a couple of uses of this product. I'm definitely pleased.
