Amazing to fix your pet's accidents! A bit too loud but it's pretty effective in what it does.

worked well, easy to use, large waste tank allows for longer times/larger areas of use before emptying, worked a little better than I expected. Have not yet used attachments on carpeted stairs or upholstered furniture but hope to try soon on the stairs.

This machine does a great job. My carpet looked so much better after just one quick cleaning. I plan to go back and do all the heavily trafficked spots. It is far easier to use and clean after using it than my old Bissell cleaner.

We had this same machine but the older model for 8+ years and the motor finally quit on us. We bought the new one and it works better than the older one. Great machine, easy to use and very powerful on getting tough stains out.

The product was very easy to assemble. Product does a deep cleaning of all the rugs in the house

Works amazingly and picks up stains great. My only wish is that it had separate tanks for the water and the cleaning solution so rinsing was easier. The dirty water tank could also be a bit bigger so you don't have to empty it multiple times while cleaning one carpet.

Great product at a great price. I recently got a used couch that needed some deep cleaning so to make things go faster we rented upholstery cleaning machine to work alongside the Bissell. The Bissell out performed the commercial strength machine and had things cleaned up much better.

My biggest feature concern with a carpet cleaner is the ease of cleaning the machine itself and this machine is super easy to clean. Disposing of the waste water is simple and it’s easy to clean the tank. I have 3 large dogs and only have rugs over hardsurface floors and this machine does a good job of keeping my rugs clean and is very easy to use.

Not impressed. Had a older model Proheat that worked pretty well for 10 years. Only got rid of it because it just got too gross to clean anymore. Bought this one thinking it would be an upgrade and wound up disappointed. Overall it just handles and feels cheaper. Suction not as good, trigger to release cleaning liquid is finnicky and the most annoying part is the bobber that stops suction when the dirty water tank is full triggers when it's only half full. Had to empty the dirty water tank 4 times vs maybe twice with the older model. Will be looking into a different brand the next time I'm in the market for another one.

Very surprised how well it cleaned. Exceeded my expectations. Can't beat it for the price. Only complaint would be how often you have to empty the waste tank. For a large tank it requires to be emptied when it's about a 3rd full.

BISSELL this is a better version of the product. Overall, the product does exactly what is advertised by doing a great job of carpet cleaning. The quick results from the clean are exactly what is expected. BISSELL even made cleaning this compoents/parts very easy by allowing you to remove the pieces that need to be cleaned after each use. So instead of struggling to clean the product after each use, you are able to quicly remove each piece and wash them before storage. With 4 dogs and loads of dirt carpet areas this clean does a great job of picking up the dirt and leaving the carpets clean. Highly recommend this product.

I love my new deep clean machine!! I have cleaned my couches and floors and it was easy to use and everything is very clean!! What an amazing feeling!! Love the hose with the attachments, so easy to use!!

I bought this to clean up after accidents by my dog. This cleans enough to hold you over til you get a good carpet cleaning in with a professional. I would not substitute this for a replacement. Also it took me four refills and dumps of the onboard reservoirs to clean an entire bedroom. Defijitely a good solution for quick problems.

With mutiple dogs and a few scally pets we have to clran oir carpets more often the we'd like. This does the trick for a quick spot clean or for a whole room. Easy to setup, easy to use, and by far thr easiest to clean of all the models we've tried

I absolutely love how easy it is to clean up after shampooing the carpet, this machine comes apart so easily;and be able to clean in area's that I've never seen on any other carpet cleaner. It's also lighter than any other carpet shampooer I've ever used. Love it

Super easy to use and super easy to clean. I have used and purchased several carpet cleaners, and this is by far the best! Cleans up cat puke like a dream and the attachments also came in handy for cleaning my old couch. Absolutely recommend.

Works great. Used it on two small rooms today. I could easily see the water being soaked up. The spot sprayer is a great touch for those dog messes without doing the whole floor. Helped me clean a small area with a tough stain. The only down side is the discharge tank fills up quick put it makes a sound and won’t pick up any more water when it happens.
