Same type model for 12 years and cleaned each year, all my carpets 4000 sq.ft. [except laundry, bathrooms, kitchen] saved thousands of dollars doing it myself. Best value ever, most reliable and easy to use.. One mistake...I lent it to my Daughter's friend -- one roller jammed because they failed to follow instructions!! DidNOT vacuum filthy carpet!

Works very well for open carpet areas. You will have issues getting right up next to the wall. Attachments are eay to use and the device is easy to take apart to clean. Overall easy to use and maintain.

I've used this approximatly 8 to 10 times and the handle just broke as I was using it. It appears the screw holding it on broke in half. Does a good job cleaning carpets but the small tank is a PAIN, I am hoping the manufacturer does the right thing.

The Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Plus is easy to set up and start using. I have used it once on a very dirty rug and after thoroughly vacuuming out as much dog hair as I could, it did an amazing job of making the rug look new again! It is much better than the last carpet cleaner that I owned!

Purchased to replace an aging Hoover steam vac, which did not generate its own steam. This product does a very good job at steam cleaning my carpet as well as picking up more dog hair that my vacuum cleaner missed. I also used it to steam clean my tiled kitchen floor. It worked pretty well, but I had to order the bare floor cleaner tool separately. And clean up is very easy. Much more than my old Hoover.

As good as the reviews that you can find anywhere. Powerful, easy to assemble and even easier to use. Does the job its intended for with ease and very well. Will recommend it for anyone with pets and cleaning in general.

Lightweight, strong, easy to use. I have 2 cats, a dog, and a newborn; the carpet and furniture looks almost new after a couple of uses of this product. I'm definitely pleased.

We love our new carpet cleaner. The only small issue I have is that the water tank is just a little small. Besides that it does the job. My carpets have never look cleaner.

Wonderful product. Works great and how it should. I only have a rug in one area and carpet in bedrooms so the small tank is okay for the small amount of carpet we have. When we did our rug 9x12, it took roughly 5 fills of the tank if you follow the directions of going slow. The only issue we had for this was we received an open box but once I looked at all of the components nothing was used.

This was PERFECT for cleaning up some “oopsies” my older dog had on my bedroom floor; whole room looks and smells so much better! Great product!
