I love this vacuum. It does the job more than well for tough stains. I had been looking for a vacuum that could handle deep and wet carpet cleaning. This is the one for the job. The carpet also dries super fast after. I like being able to see what is actually coming off the rug!! it is super easy to clean. No issues. I have used this for almost two months and maybe every other week.

Very happy so far, used only once. It pulled a lot of dirt out of the area of carpet I cleaned and made it look much better than the area next to it that has yet to be cleaned. Didn't realize it didn't heat the water itself; the only hot water is what I put in.

I had to purchase due to my sister owning two pets which are a cat and a dog. The carpet was filthy and you could see the urine staines and dark stains from shoes. I hate the smell of urine, litter, pets overall.. And let me tell you, I am very impressed with the end results on how easy it was to get rid of it all!! Carpet looks new again! And surprisingly I cannot smell if there were any animals living in that room! I’m very happy with the results!!! I highly recommend this everyone!!

Great carpet cleaner, really cleans well, easy to use. Really got the dirt up from carpets and made them look fresh and clean again. Great for pets stains.

Carpet cleaner works great. We have 3 cats that stay in the house most of the time and I vacuum almost everyday. The amount of hair that this carpet cleaner pulled out of my rugs even after a thorough vacuuming with a brand new Dyson animal was unbelievable! The only things that would make this machine better would be if the dirty dirty tank had the same capacity as the clean water and there was a rinse option.

It is a good carpet cleaner .It gets rid of odors, but it is hard to empty the waste water reservoir because of all the complicated plastic parts involved and, if you don't get it back into the exact right configuration, it leaks the dirty water right back onto the carpet as you're cleaning it and it takes a bit to notice what's happening. Good carpet cleaner, annoying wastewater reservoir.

Love this! Easy to use and clean. I had a dirty cream shag area rug that this thing turned brand nnew again. Super happy with this purchase. Id buy it again!

I can explain how I’m happy with my purchase since three years. I am using this machine all my rugs in my house still look like new it clean perfectly this one I purchased for a gift for my sister and my mom they love it also so many of my friends ask me about this machine after I posted on my Snapchat And they thank me for advice after yuzing,and next week I’m planing to gift form my sister in-law for her birthday

We have a german shepherd who loves to lay on my area rug in my livingroom. It worked awesome for the spot. We have used other carpet cleaners that have not wven touched the stain, this took it right out. The brushes are GREAT, very powerful and the attachments are fantastic. I loved the fact that the cover over the brushes lifts off completely so you can easily clean it afterwards.scrubbing carpets used to be a chore, but this has made it so easy.

This is an effective device for cleaning up pet messes and general carpet cleaning. It occasionally leaks if stored with a full or partially filled tank.

Awesome choice if you have pets , this cleans so good the carpet smells like new again. The handheld scrubber/cleaner is great for furniture and stairs. Easy to clean , everything disassembles with ease.

Best purchase I have made in a while. Comes in handy for so many things other than carpet cleaning! Light weight and easy to assemble! Highly recommend.

Excellent machine! This is also the second one I have purchased. If needed I would purchase it again. I have one small dog that has a favorite spot as she enters our room. We have to clean it 3 to 4 times per week. This cleaner is perfect for the job.

I really love this machine. Work wonders on pet stains. I have a dog that vomits once in a while. This machine made it look like nothing happened.

This carpet cleaner is a beast! works so well, it is heavy, but that what makes it really good. it cleaned my carpet as new. the amount of force you need is much less comparing to other products i tried. Cons: Depends on how dirty your carpet, you might need to clean the brushes in the middle of the cleaning.
