Wonderful product. Works great and how it should. I only have a rug in one area and carpet in bedrooms so the small tank is okay for the small amount of carpet we have. When we did our rug 9x12, it took roughly 5 fills of the tank if you follow the directions of going slow. The only issue we had for this was we received an open box but once I looked at all of the components nothing was used.

Purchased to replace an aging Hoover steam vac, which did not generate its own steam. This product does a very good job at steam cleaning my carpet as well as picking up more dog hair that my vacuum cleaner missed. I also used it to steam clean my tiled kitchen floor. It worked pretty well, but I had to order the bare floor cleaner tool separately. And clean up is very easy. Much more than my old Hoover.

The Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Plus is easy to set up and start using. I have used it once on a very dirty rug and after thoroughly vacuuming out as much dog hair as I could, it did an amazing job of making the rug look new again! It is much better than the last carpet cleaner that I owned!

Works great! Easy to use! Took stains out and carpet looks new again. Decided to buy, because cost is about the same as one professional cleaning service, so it pays for itself after one use!

Just got done cleaning 5 rooms with the carpet cleaner. It was very easy to use and did a good job of extracting the dirt. I just have to wait for the carpet to dry now.

It cleaned my carpet well and got out most dirty spots. The dirty tanks needs to be emptied quite often but that's to be expected for something at this price.

This vacuum is amazing! My husky left so many hairs and stains, and this thing cleaned them up, making the carpet new!

He led out reviews and options on many steam cleaners. Chose this one for the simplicity cleaning it after use as well as ease of use.

I've used this approximatly 8 to 10 times and the handle just broke as I was using it. It appears the screw holding it on broke in half. Does a good job cleaning carpets but the small tank is a PAIN, I am hoping the manufacturer does the right thing.

Overall I am pleased with this carpet cleaning machine, however the main downside is that you can only use bissell branded cleaning solutions with it. I understand it’s meant to be low soap and help the machine run its best, but it does annoy me a bit especially when I have stubborn pet odors that the cleaning solutions don’t fully eliminate. I’ve found spot treating with another enzyme based cleaner helps a lot

For a little more than a rental unit we have the same cleaning power and portability all the time!

ProHeat 2X cleaned carpet very well. I had only one drawback on giving it an excellent rating. Dirty water container has to be emptied too frequently.

I'm so fortunate to become a animal rescuer. Over the years, I have so many times ,had to be the surrogate mom to so many baby kittens. What a pleasure. I purchased the Bissell Pro pet rug scrubber. The best scrubber I have ever used. It was simple to put together. I was amazed on how clean it really got my light colored carpet. The carpet came before the cats.lolo. it tackled the worst stains,I thought would never come out. Hats off to u Bissell.thank you for making my job easier

This shampooer is so good it makes me think I need a new vacuum! Even after vacuuming this thing pulled up a ton of pet hair. Carpets look great house smells wonderful

This machine picked up more dirt than I could have imagined! It was easy to put together and easy to use! It has so many cleaning possibilities!

It works great. Cleans the carpet great and cleaning the machine afterwards is so much easier then the old machine I had.
