After researching and comparing, we chose this robotic vacuum based on 2 factors (since there were not any distinguishable differences from others we were considering): the price and the brand. The tech has been around for awhile, I wanted to trust the vacuum portion, that's where the brand stands out. Also, I learned that many of the "robotic vacuums" out there don't have a vacuum (just a brush-style sweeper). We've had it for a month or so and have been impressed and we love the ability to set the time that it vacuums. I would, and do, recommend this product.

This one work fine, silent and less expensive than the big brands. Easy to clean and remove easily all my dog hair

Bought this for my mother and she loves it. Just wishes she could program to come on more than one day a week

I like better than the IRobot I had. Doesn't get stuck on everything. Would have gotten a 5 but kinda loud.

We have laminate flooring and 6 dogs and 2 cats. This vacuum keeps the hair picked up very well for us.

Will occasionally get stuck in the hallway going back and forth but otherwise does a very good job.

I purchased this as a Mother's Day gift for my wife, couldn't be happier. It does a great job of keeping dirt off of our hardwood floors. I'm really not sure how it finds so much dust and dirt, even if you think the floors are clean it will still manage to find dust.

This little devil did just the trick without costing me an arm and a leg. As a pet owner I have lots of fur. Sweeping was a daily task that I dreaded. Now I just start this puppy and it does the trick.

Definitely recommend this product. It does great on hardwood floors but not so much on the carpet. We had an issue where it would eat the rug and tear it up but it was a cheap rug. I have a cat and it will sometimes drop some of the hair when going over the rug. But it does a great job maintaining the house during the week when it's hard to find time to sweep.

Cheaper than most and does a pretty job. So far no major complaints.

It has been a great purchase, very useful and a time saver. We have two dogs and three cats, we let it run two or three times a week and it keeps the floors clear of everyday dirt and pet hair. My wife has named it "Bart" and says it is one of the best purchases we have made.

I've used several of these robot vacuums and they all work great as an in between option of when you use your big vacuum. The Bissel doesn't have every bell and whistle, but it performed as well as my old $600 Roomba.

i Had bought this for my parents and they absolutely love it. They just wish that it had a little bigger dirt collector compartment. Other than that it’s an amazing product.

Has a habit of cleaning the same floor area over and over and never ventures far from the base station. Area it does clean it does great even with pet hair.

It tends to get clogged very easily. I have pets so I expected this a couple of times. But even if I clean the floors beforehand I get an error message.

Does a good job of keeping my living room carpet clean, but lots of maintenance to empty the small bin and clean the carpet fibers out of the brushes.

I bought this robotic vacuum a couple of months ago in hope that it would help on busy days when I don't have time to vacuum the house myself. Given that I didn't want to spend a lot of money and get the brands that cost $500+, I decided to give this one a try. I have to say that is not bad for the price it is. it certainly does not work as well as other ones like IRobot's Roomba. the battery doesn't last long enough and the mapping is not as strong as Roomba. most of the times it has hard time finding it's base to go back to recharge.

This is a great item, it doesn't break the bank while doing what it is advertised to do. I set the unit to clean at a certain time and I think it's advertised to run about 80 minutes but mine runs longer than that. cleans pretty good just miss a few spots in tight corners but that's expected.

I love this thing. It makes in between vacuumings auper easy. To confess I just got a cat and am terrified that my place will smell because of the dander. This little gem is great for picking up cat hair but it’s not a replacement for regular vacuuming.
