I shouldn't complain as I got it for $5 in a package deal but it doesn't stay connected well and often hangs up trying to see it on my Echo Show. When it does work, the picture is clear and good resolution but the frame rate is horrible, just like every brand of camera in this class.

And thanks to the canera i got my housekeeper stealing from my friend closet. So sad she was working for over 15 yearsat the house. Now. I feel safer. . i got some more this year.good investment

Unfortunately, a paid subscription is required to save video files at a cost of $3.00 per month. I wish that users had the option of saving files to their devices at no recurring cost. I also wish that there was an option to save still pictures in addition to video.

Blink Mini's are great little cameras!

With a small footprint, they blend well with any room decor. The picture is clear and even works in low light by switching to gray scale so you never lose the picture. The app works great and the initial camera setup is very simple. I use them as Granny cams and have been beyond pleased with their performance.

In short, I thought this camera was wireless as in rechargable. I mean, what do you think when you read "wireless"? Do you think "Wow finally a camera that doesn't plug directly into my modem/router/ethernet port?" or do you think "Cool, no constant power connection needed!" Does Blink think they need to differentiate themselves from CCTV camera systems that use wires to send a video signal? Pretty sure we live in 2023 where nobody is buying CCTV cams for security. I think they do this to lead you to think it's a totally battery powered / rechargable camera like the Google Nest cams, like so many other portable cameras.

If i had a choice between the two i would choose this one as the better Camera -- Purchased additional ones for my kids homes so they can check on their dogs during the day also.

QR code makes it even quicker! I’d definitely recommend these of any other systems like Ring.

Repeatedly tried to get support by phone and email. All they do is send the reset and install instructions over and over again like they don’t understand my issue at all…they ended up blaming Best Buy for selling it to me? I will eventually replace every blink product I have with another brand. Customer service is awful with blink. Every contact with them started from the beginning and ended up the same issue over and over. In the end it seemed like they were accusing me of stealing my entire 9 camera system. Saying they had no proof my devices were ever even sold. I bought from 3 different places. Best Buy, Amazon and Blink website!!! This mini camera is useless from the get go while all of my other cameras work fine…if I have an issue I will replace with ring.

I want to assure you that your purchases from Best Buy, Amazon, and the Blink website are all legitimate retail channels, and your ownership of your camera system should never be in question. I'm sorry that your interactions left you feeling otherwise — that is not acceptable.
Regarding your Blink Mini camera that is not functioning while your other eight cameras work properly, this typically points to a hardware issue specific to that individual unit rather than an account or system-wide problem. Since the device has not responded to standard reset and reinstallation procedures, it is likely that the unit itself may be defective.
Here are some steps that may help, though I understand you may have already attempted some of these:
Remove the Blink Mini from your Blink app completely, then attempt to re-add it as a new device.
Try using a different USB cable and power adapter, as power delivery issues can cause the camera to malfunction.
Ensure the camera is within a reasonable range of your Wi-Fi router and that your network is on the 2.4 GHz band, which Blink cameras require.
Perform a factory reset by holding the reset button on the bottom of the camera for 15–30 seconds until the LED blinks red, then set it up again as a new device.
