It’s easy to set up and its resolution is so clear

The mini cameras were ok to set up. It's Best Buys rewards program that sucks. I've gotten a few rewards points and don' appreciate the expiration date on the certificates. And i don't know if it is policy that you change the rules everyday but one everything sucks. You have to use the total amount or not at all. One day you van donate money to the charity to make the rewards amount. Next day you can't. Both times i walked out of Best But with a headache. i need a new TV but will buy at BJ's. They have a tech squad also. TV's cost less. Sorry but i hate when you change your reward's policy every time i go there. Expiration dates add to the headaches. Shove your points

Don't buy these since they need to always be wired and aren't good quality.

Great Camera very good resolution picture and clear

I use these all over the house and they are fantastic! Great purchase and you can view the camera perfectly. You can also talk back on the camera. Great for kids and pets.

Nothing but issues. I have super fast home internet. These are a 1080p resolution. maybe 480p at best. The video was grainy and choppy. The cameras had constant disconnects. Replacements were the same. Mileage may vary for others. I would not recommend for in home video security

I own about 10 of these cameras. All of them stopped arming the motion detection shortly after being purchased, and now they must be manually woken up every day to enable the motion detection. This is quite frustrating to have to do to roughly 10 cameras every morning. If I do not manually wake up each camera every day, the motion detection does not work. There are endless amounts of people on the Amazon forums that have the same problems, and still are complaining about Amazon/Blinks refusal to honor their product warranty. I have tried for the past 2 years to get Amazon/Blink to honor their product warranty, but Amazon/Blink still refuses to honor their product warranty. I don't know a single person that has these cameras that Amazon/Blink has honor their product warranty for.

It was okay. I bought this to check on my pets when I’m not home. When I look at the camera on my phone, it is kinda blurry (but I can still tell where my pets were and what they were doing).

Alexa recognizes the cameras. Alexa app says they are not compatible and i must use blink app. Blink app tells me I have a free 60 day trial after that none on the features will work unless I pay for them. I can see these going in the trash and installing a real security camera system, these are nothing but toys

For the price range this camera is average once the subscription has expired you are forced to pay and if you don’t you can no longer record

It's a good camera . Has nice settings . Customer support helped me when I first got it. And they were fast quick reliable and respectful .

It took several hours before the camera would activate/record during motion. Easy to setup and place in discrete places

These are a good addition to our system. The video quality is good. My biggest issue is that you can`t extend the recoed time longer.

The image quality is ok. Angular view can improve.

Spent hrs trying to connect to the app, going to try different brand

The sound and picture quality could be better but our first time purchasing I give a 3 star.

Not actually wireless. You have to connect them with the cable to get them to work. They record fine, but make a clicking sound every single time which is kind of annoying.

Picture is very crisp & clear. Has wide range. Was going to buy more but price doubled day after Christmas.
