I never got the package as my mail was stolen Best Buy didn't care about me and never gave me a refund. They could have at least given me a code for best. Buy credit to my email I won't. Be buying from Best buy ever again

I bought two boxes containing 2 cams each. Both were difficult to set up. I got them on a deal. I returned them within a couple of days. These were a hard no for me.

It works pretty good but you need to buy a subscription to record vids and view them later. My wife paid for a subscription and we've been getting billed but still can't figure out how to see recordings

Very sad the plugs did not work correctly on one camera. Also this camera is by subscription only. Very sad because I am not looking to pay monthly for one.

The cameras are average quality as far as picture and field of view go, but I could not get one of the cameras to connect regardless what I tried. I even googled, watched videos, and called support and it must just be a defective camera. That being said, be aware that the cameras will only connect to 2.4 GHz wi-fi and NOT 5GHz wi-fi. They also must be pretty close to the router or range booster source to avoid glitching and more than average delay in the video stream. They do have a delay of about one second regardless though. Also, if you do not have the blink hub unit or pay for the cloud service you will not be able to store hardly any video.
