If you don’t want to pay a monthly fee to use the cloud you have to buy a separate sync model and memory card which is not used friendly at all. There is no option to save videos to your phone or computer. If I had known this prior to purchase, I wouldn’t have bought this

We do try to make the instructions as intuitive as possible but sometimes roadblocks can still arise during the setup. I would recommend contacting Blink Customer Support through the smartphone app's Help Menu. There is an option to chat online or contact via phone. Hopefully this helps provide you with the assistance you need to get your cameras set up and remove the obstacles you are experiencing.
