Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the cameras won't pick up motion and you can only activate them when you "log in" and set it for a live view. customer support is absolutely useless and will not call back or answer emails even though I pay for a complete subscription. i have had nothing but problems with this system since it was purchased...what a waste of time and money

However, the Blink itself does not have a built-in memory. They will not tell you this, nor warn you about it. They bank on the consumer to miss this very important detail. I wish they labeled “needs subscription” on packaging

Same device could allow transfer to cell phone or computer directly without cloud control. The cloud control might have virtues for some buyers. System is erratic on activation and recording.

Black not good

The picture and video quality were greatly lacking compared to the white ones. I placed a black one and a white one side by side to record the same area. The difference in quality was immediately obvious. I don't know if I received defective camera.
