Now its 12 a month for 1 camera to view your recordings and even more for a second camera. Cameras dont work in places like hotels or shared wifi where an acknowledgment is required to join the wifi. I wanted it for my hotel room when traveling and my office when im away. Nope! Only works at your home wifi. CONSTANTLY loses connection which then requires you to reset the camera and reconfigure the wifi. Its not smart enough to reconnect to your wifi. This is an amazon product and in my opinion it was just made to take your money, not to provide security. Please consider another brand before wasting money on this brand. Beyond disappointing!

It is almost impossible and will mess up what you do have connect. Consumer support is not very good. I have 6 outdoor cameras and 3 tilt and pan cameras, all now sitting in a box.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These worked for exactly 2 days then stopped connecting to the network. I can hold the reset button down down for 30min or 3 hours, cameras don’t hard reset. Will be returning tomorrow.
