Easy to install and configure. Let's you know if it is unplugged or if there is movement. If you want it to record be prepared to pay for the plan. Price point on the plane is not bad. Wish it had a multiple camera option. You pay per cam. For the most part the software is intuitive. Not a lot of how do I even make this work. It is a setup and you are off.

They work well if you can get them to connect to the internet. 8 had to go buy a Hotspot to connect it to because it would not connect to hotel internet. They do not move so you can not see what is not in the view that you left or to see. But it is a really good picture and you can zoom in/ out. Works in day or night and the speaker works well. I don't like that it does not notify me for noise but it does notify you for movement.

Hello Johnny 5. Thank you for your feedback on the Blink Mini Compact indoor plug-in smart security camera. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing frequent offline issues with the device. I understand how frustrating it is when a security camera goes offline regularly, especially when the camera performs well when it's actually connected and running. Here are some troubleshooting steps to help resolve the frequent offline issues: ensure the camera is within strong Wi-Fi range of your router (ideally within 30 feet with minimal walls or obstructions), restart both the camera and your router by unplugging them for 30 seconds and plugging them back in, verify you're using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network as the Blink Mini works best on this frequency, check that your router firmware and the Blink Home Monitor app are updated to the latest versions, and reduce interference by moving the camera away from other wireless devices or appliances that might cause signal disruption. Thank you for your feedback and have a great day!

Good but the quality is just Ok. The app works pretty well. Motion sensor is actually quite sensitive but lags every few seconds.
Recommend for the price.

Second time buying this and it's a great camera overall. The video quality is great, although the sound leaves much to be desired. The night vision is extremely good as well. I just wish the viewing options were better. It does not have continuous video unless you pay for that service and it needs to be plugged in always so those two things suck.

For $35 this camera is great and what more could you ask for. For the price I am super surprised on the quality and what it can do....Like I said for $35 you shouldn't expect much but it's great. once you get the camera added in the app and ready to go...head to the settings and change some things. At default the camera is set to 720p HD. Change it to enhanced setting that will give you full HD 1080p. This camera has great picture and has a good view on it. You can set the motion detection on and change the Activity zones so you pick which spots you don't want detecting motion. The night vision is really good and the 2 way talk is great. They are offering free video storage until December 2020. After that its $3 a month for video storage or you can purchase the new Sync Module 2 that is coming out soon for $35 and you can add a memory card to it for your video storage needs.

If you pay for the service you'll get unlimited recordings BUT it is NOT continuous. It only records if its motion activated AND only if you have the motion activate on. Other than that it does not record. You can only go back to watch recordings, which once again is only motion activated if that feature is turned on. You can watch live but for only for a minute then it times you out. If you watch live on one camera, you can not switch to another camera right away. It takes a bit before you can switch cameras.
Would be so much better of it continously recorded, or at least offered that feature to be turned on. Would also be great if you could watch live for longer.

These cameras are really easy to set up and install, great quality pictures and video, as well as 2-way sound. The software is also user friendly and the price is phenomenal!
I synched these cameras with the XT2 indoor/outdoor 3 camera package which comes with a synching device. Super easy to synch all of the cameras together and view all cameras on 1 screen. I highly recommend this system.

Was going on vacation. I have Amcrest cams but since i seitched my phone, the app just doesnt work. Was actually looking for the Wyze cams but they didnt have them. Saw the blinks and they were on sale so bought one. Came.home and it installed in about 3 minutes. Picture was great. Went back and bought 2 more and put them around the house. Set up and using the app are super easy. Reason indidnt give them a 5 star is bc unlike my Amcrest ones, these do not move so you need to point them at what you want to see. Also, the night vision isnt the best. I am comparing them to the Amcrest which cost almost 3 times as much so thats the basis. Otherwise they work great. You get sound and can talk much easier than the Amcrest onea. They connect with Alexa so just ask her to look at the cam and it pops up. At this price point, you can get a bunch and put them around the house for peace of mind when your not home.

If you want a good basic security camera for an apartment, I would recommend this one. Used it for the first time while on a week long trip. Video quality seems great along with night vision. Even picks up the slightest motion like a gnat or fly and notifies you of the motion detected. Wish there was a longer cord option, but overall very satisfied with continuing use of this product.
