Bought them so I could watch my fur baby when I'm not home. Resolution is good. I like that there's night mode too. I wish they can be controlled or rotated using the app, just my old ones.

I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble getting your camera to record everything that you want it to. There is a chance that you can troubleshoot this some within the device's settings within your Blink smartphone app. If you tap the 3 dots icon located within the preview of your Blink camera, and then navigate to Device Settings then you can check on the device's Motion Sensitivity. This will get your device to trigger motion events more frequently causing it to record more often. If this does not assist in resolving your issue, then I would recommend contacting us directly at Blink Customer Support via the Contact Us link in the Help Menu under Settings. I would advise that you do this while onsite with your camera for the best troubleshooting capabilities. I do hope this gets you the assistance you need and that you have an amazing day!

You can get unlimited cloud with Amazon for them, I honestly don’t have anything bad to say but I wish the cord was was a little longer but it’s still great regardless of that.
