Alexa app says they are not compatible and i must use blink app. Blink app tells me I have a free 60 day trial after that none on the features will work unless I pay for them. I can see these going in the trash and installing a real security camera system, these are nothing but toys

Power cycle the camera by unplugging it for 30 seconds, ensure your Blink app and firmware are updated, and if needed, perform a factory reset by holding the reset button until the LED flashes red. I thought it was a good deal so I bought it. I didn't know that you would need a hub so that you didn't have to purchase a plan so now I have to buy a $30 item so that we can be able to use this and save stuff. I mean other than that I guess we could look at the moment but not record anything so it does some job but doesn't protect all the way. Wish there was an asterisk saying will not work without a certain item

Posted .There is a limit to the continuous live viewing on the Blink cameras. Currently, you are able to view up to 5 minutes at a time in 30 second intervals. After 5 minutes you would have to initiate a new live view session.
