    Pretty loud lens shutter volume for such a small device. With no sounds in rhe background (ie tv music etc) and knlg pople talking out loud. I was abke to here thr lens click like a camera takjng a photo.

    The mini cams are still not connected. I call for help, wait for over an hour and the person has no idea with they keep trying to create their own wifi... They are terrible.

    This camera worked but the visual not disappointing. The audio was even worse- lots of static and feedback. It may have been the price point. Also, I didn’t like that the company said that I would have to pay a monthly charge to have the clips recorded.

    This camera sucks. Picture quality is terrible and the sound has so much noise in it, you can’t hear anything.

    This product did not work when plugged in. Difficult to work with. Followed all instructions and still did not work. Customer Service was great but the product was not.

    Decided to replace my old camera with the Mini Blink. The motion detection is very spotty. The range of detection varies from 3-5 feet. I tested it out several times and sometime it will detect movement at 5 feet and sometimes you have to be at around 3 feet. The night vision is poor. Also, the camera has to be reset every couple of days. Called customer support and they said it was something to do with the firewall from my internet provider. I checked it out and found no interference from my internet router/modem.

    Cameras are pretty good. Just after the fist 30 days you have to buy a plan to see your video's. Eufy doesnt make you do that. I should have jist went 2ith my gut and bought the Eufy cameras.

    I never got the package as my mail was stolen Best Buy didn't care about me and never gave me a refund. They could have at least given me a code for best. Buy credit to my email I won't. Be buying from Best buy ever again

    The camera can't record on a MicroSSD card. You have to pay for a subscription if you are looking to record video. There are a lot better products out there without any subscription needed.

    At first this camera was great! Then about 2 months later the mic stopped working on it, then we lost audio when watching the camera. Sadly not the best.

    These were a last minute idea to buy 2 days before going on vacation. I didn't have much trouble setting up the first camera but like many other people, I couldn't get the second camera connected. They don't have immediate tech support and your only option is to send them a message which it took 3 days to get a response. Didn't help much since I was already on vacation. At least I had one camera. The picture quality isn't very good at all, compare it to a very cheap webcam. Being able to talk to the camera was a pretty cool feature. If I had only bought the one pack then I might have given this 3 stars.
