The way she explain the instructions, I didn't have to read it, since I'm not tech savvy.

Blink camera is so sharp and crisp, the picture is such good quality, this was a no brainer. We have it facing our front door from the hallway and it picks up everything. I have all three Blink cameras on Auto-Arm at 11pm and I rest much easier. Need to lessen the sensitivity on the indoor one as passing dust particles send an alert. Such great camera.

I understand how frustrating it is when a security camera goes offline regularly, especially when the camera performs well when it's actually connected and running. Here are some troubleshooting steps to help resolve the frequent offline issues: ensure the camera is within strong Wi-Fi range of your router (ideally within 30 feet with minimal walls or obstructions), restart both the camera and your router by unplugging them for 30 seconds and plugging them back in, verify you're using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network as the Blink Mini works best on this frequency, check that your router firmware and the Blink Home Monitor app are updated to the latest versions, and reduce interference by moving the camera away from other wireless devices or appliances that might cause signal disruption. It notifies you right away on your phone whenever there is some kind of movement. They can hear me speak and they can talk back to me.
