Posted .Hello BarbaraC. Thank you so much for your time and review of your Blink Mini cameras. I am unsure as to why this product was recommended for you if you were looking for an outdoor camera as these are strictly meant to be used for indoor use. There is a next generation model (Blink Mini 2) that can be used both indoors and outdoors but requires the outdoor power adapter that is sold separately. There are also other options in our lineup that allow for outdoor use. This is our only model in the Blink lineup that is strictly indoor. I would advise contacting the store you purchased it from to see what options are available to correct this. Thank you again for your time and review and I hope you have an amazing day!

I love it because I can see him when I’m at work at night! I only wish that I could turn it but other than that it’s easy to set up. I can hear what he’s doing and always can talk to him

They are so easy to use and the picture quality is really good. I have started switch everything over to Blink, at both of our properties. Available in white and black, so we color coordinate based upon where they being located.

Easy to set-up and enjoy the free 30 day cloud storage. Highly recommend!

I've had my $5 worth of enjoyment & I think it's worth the $3/month subscription. I have it placed in a window looking out on the driveway & it's done a decent job of capturing the action. I'm not really using it as a "security" camera as that's not a priority for me. But I do like to be able to connect to it & see what's going on outside if I hear something (which is often since I live in the country!) Very much enjoying it so far as a tech toy. Not sure I could count on it for "security" as I don't always get timely notifications. And I can't blame the camera totally for this as there's other factors to consider (slow internet upload speed, irritating Android notification delay, etc). Thanks for the sale price, Best Buy!

Plenty of recording and motion triggering options and they offer on-line storage if you want to be able to access older captures. I am only using for periodic live views
