Surprising Camera

We got the camera and now we can show her that there is nothing in her room when she is sleeping or in bed. HOWEVER, the first night there were plenty of "orbs" flying around. After reading alot, I believe we need to clean her room better and not call Ghost Busters... yet.

I use it for a baby monitor. The picture is clear and the sound is great. The only regret is I should have gotten the wireless and it makes a loud noise when listening. But overall ok

I did wind up moving my internet router to make the live feed speed better as previously there was like an 8 second delay. The cords are nice and long so I can have the cameras very close to my ceiling on a high shelf.

It has been a godsend. It is a relief that I can open the app see him. I check to see if he is okay. I love this camera. It was easy to set up.

Posted .Hello CourtneyC! Thank you so much for your feedback and review of your Blink Mini! I am so sorry to hear that it is giving you issues with connectivity. This should not be happening and could be due to a number of different obstacles that we would love the opportunity to troubleshoot further with you. The first thing you can do is check your network signal strength in the Blink smartphone app. You can do this by going to Device Settings, General Settings, and then look at Network Strength. If it is not green or full, this could be disrupting your connection. You may need to move it closer to your Wi-Fi router. If this does not help or if you have full green signal then I would recommend contacting us directly at Blink Customer Support through the Contact Us link in the Help Menu in the Blink smartphone app. I do hope we are able to resolve your concerns and improve your experience.
