I had the smaller blink camera that worked pretty well so I was excited about this one that swivels but it only worked once then after that the camera would never connect and give me an image or it wouldn’t swivel at all

Check that your camera has a strong Wi-Fi connection and is within range of your router. 2. Ensure you have the latest version of the Blink Home Monitor app installed. 3. Try power cycling the camera by unplugging it, waiting 30 seconds, then plugging it back in. 4. Verify the camera is using the included USB cable and power adapter. 5. Try removing the camera from your account and setting it up again as a new device.
