A: Theres no actual sd storage , its through cloud , and theres a monthly fee that you pay. As far as motion activation, when camera is armed it will record up to 30 sec at a time on motion activation,
Q: Can I rotate camera to move when I'm out and about checking in
A: When you are in Live View, you can fully operate your Pan-Tilt mount by tapping on the horizontal and vertical motion controls. A single tap will move your camera in 1° increments. Tap and hold actions will move your camera in the appropriate left, right, up and down directions, until you lift your finger or the limit is reached.
Q: Can two smart phone be connected to these?
A: Yes. One person needs to create the account and then give that information to whoever so they can login. You both need the app
Q: When it says wired, dies that mean it has to connect with wifi or can you juse it without wifi?
A: Wired means it has to plug into an outlet to work. It does use WIFI, but still needs a power supply.
Q: Do you have to have a sync module for it to work correctly
A: Hi there, The Blink Mini cameras do not require a Sync Module to function. However, if you wish to use local storage a Sync Module 2 will be required.
Q: Can this be mounted to a ceiling upside down?
A: The Blink Mini Cameras can be configured to turn the image 180 degrees, so that it may be mounted upside-down.
Q: How does this product work if I choose not to pursue a subscription
A: I've never signed up for a subscription. I think that just allows for more cloud storage. So to answer your question, Yes, it works without a subscription.

Blink Mini
This camera was easy to set up and hook into wireless and APP. The pan feature is incredibly sweet. Picture was clear and not grainy. It not only has video record feature, but snap pictures. It hooked into various devices, Apple and Android without issue. Storage is cloud: if it had an SD card, that would boost it even more. The camera simply snapped together - pic shows the bottom of the camera that snaps on the base. The base can be mounted to the ceiling. Scan the code on the camera to download the APP, create an account, and you are in business.

Must pay a service for video backup cant on phone
Works well, easy set up, picture clear in most cases but night vision isn't good my temu cheep night vision goggles seem better unless there fair light for camera to see. Only thing i wish is would tell you that you can't save to phone for auto servalance and must pay for a cloud service through them, so if checking on dogs daily thing for teaching you can't you must look every time you get a notification of movement. Have a huge memory card shouldn't have to pay a service to use full aspects of what you buy. Other wise would give a 10 star. Night this one to try for wanted to buy outdoor ones for yard but surely can't afford a service to download movement when there's my phone or other means.

Good little camera for the price
I think this camera is normally 60 bucks. I had $25 in gift certificates, and bought it for 17 bucks out of pocket. Easy to use app, the camera rotates and you can communicate both ways. The only complaint that I have, is there seems to be a spec beneath the lens embedded into the glass. So there's sort of a small gray orb in the field of view. Other than that it's worth the money and can be controlled by Alexa.
