It worked for the first few months. It "sees' us when we're there and we get alerts WHEN it works. However, when we check in on the house from away, periodically it shows as off line. The only fix we found was to unplug the power and re-insert the plug. Pretty annoying. The sound is pretty poor too.

Be sure to read the frequency requirement before buying. Not all features are permanent in the app and requires a paid subscription unfortunately.

I love the 360 range. I only wish it recorded more than 30 seconds.

We bought it to check on our puppy and other dog when we at work. The swivel action on the camera gives you best views! I highly recommend this camera.

Thank you for your feedback about the Blink Mini Pan-Tilt camera. We're glad you're satisfied with the image quality but sorry to hear you're having trouble with the two-way audio feature.
If you're unable to hear audio when using the talk function, this can often be resolved by:
Checking your phone's permissions to ensure microphone access is enabled for the Blink app
Confirming your device's volume is turned up
Making sure the camera's speaker isn't blocked or covered
