it wasn’t working good enough for me it skipped a couple hours every morning to record and it didn’t record enough, other then that it was okay

Runs silent and connects quickly! I use it to monitor my kids!

I have used blink cameras in my home since the start of blink, before amazon purchased them. I love the price for what you get. Do blink cameras work great = YES BUT they do not record all the time, they only record off motion and when used outside are subject to tree shadow movement (LIKE all motion cameras do), now you can block some of that in the blink app BUT on scattered cloud days you will get false recordings as expected (LIKE ALL motion cameras). Now this Mini Pan-Tilt camera is absolutely a very nice addition to the Blink camera lineup, BUT you do have to plug this camera into a USB wall charger (not like the other blink cameras BUT expected as it is Pan and tilt. I had a regular blink camera looking at our dog and always had problems seeing our dog at all times to see what she is up to, NOW with this camera we can pan and tilt (very easy to use) to see the dog anywhere she is and talk to her. Very very nice! This Mini Pan-Tilt is very mini indeed and a very welcomed addition at a great price point. I highly recommend this Mini Pan-Tilt to all that can plug in this and it does some with a nice long USB cord. Using the blink system is extremely easy and easy to set up from a start.

The Blink camera was exceptionally easy to set up. The app was quick to download and install. The Settings were all clear cut and pretty self explanitory. I set it up in the living room and quickly learned that I had to set the motion sensitivity at its lowest. The notifications happened all day long since I was at work and my husband was home since he's retired. I Calibrated the pan and tilt and I'm super impressed at how quick and smooth that was. However this doesn't follow motion. You have to change it when viewing live. The clip length is adjustable from 5 seconds to 30 seconds. Sensitivity can be set from a one to a 9 and retrigger time is adjustable from 10 seconds to 60 seconds. Zones can also be set and clips can be ended early if motion stops. Night vision can be set to on, off, or auto, auto being the default. Video quality has three settings as well as a FLIP option for being mounted upside down, and the LED can be turned off so as to not show it's recording. The free trial doesn't have to be renewed but I may consider subscribing on this one. It's a nice little camera.

Pretty bad detection I miss the 14 days return policy and if you don’t have an blink account you can’t get “free” storage, you have two choices get the monthly subscription or get and storage box.

I was really excited to get the new Blink Mini with the pan and tilt base as a replacement for a more basic camera in my home. I have a large open loft space and wanted the ability to get a great 360 view of what's happening when I'm on vacation since I have two very energetic cats that like to tear things apart when Dad's not home. I also wanted the ability to "speak through" the camera when my pet sitter stops by, and to know when that's happening because automatic motion notification would show up on my phone. Right out of the box, this unit is SO easy to set up. The Blink app makes everything super simple, and within 5 minutes I had everything up and running. The device is fully featured, allowing custom configuration for activity zones and sensitivity to prevent false alarms. This is somewhat aspirational when it comes to jumping kitties, but I did find I was able to dial back the sensitivity to limit the errors. One thing I didn't like so much - but isn't uncommon with these devices - is the fact that a monthly or yearly subscription is required to retain recorded video. It is unfortunate that you can no longer just buy something and pay for it once anymore, and this caused me to take away one star. If you are looking for a highly featured camera with excellent image quality and flexibility, I highly recommend the Blink.

Good camera, but at little bit slow turning and tilting the camera.

Great small footprint camera. The image is very clear during the day and does a decent job using night vision. The ability to pan and tilt nearly 360 degrees in every direction is very nice. Its very light weight and easy to move around. The image is definitely a wide angle view so it will come off as looking through a globe. But this allows you to monitor more of the room. The one star that I am taking off is the fact that this camera seems heavily tied to a subscription service. When you first buy the camera, you are given a 30 day trial of the cloud services. After the 30 days, you are limited to live look ins and still image capture to your phone. It appears that if you want to be able to look using your desktop computer, you might need a subscription. The fear one would have is if you are looking to use the full functionality of the camera, it may be tied to a subscription model and potentially in the future lose capability if they decide to tie more features to a subscription. If you only need the ability to look into a room and communicate back and forth, this is fine. If you intend on using it for security purpose, make sure you are willing to subscribe to the Blink services. If you do subscribe, this camera is a must have in your arsenal.

Would calibrate after numerous teies. Contacted Blunk and they took too long to respond. I returned it and purchased so.ething else. All in all Blink cameras are great as i have many of them throughout my property. Just this one wasn't the one for me.

Got it on sale, can’t return anymore. You have to pay a monthly fee to see a grainy screen, a deal isn’t always a deal.

The camera's performance is disappointing; it struggles to capture objects and movements.

Bought 2 cameras and neither of them connect to wifi, keeps saying the password os incorrect when its clearly not. Horrible quality and even worse support

Very great product. I bought to check in on my dog at home while I’m away at work and it’s great. The pan-tilt movement is amazing and I hardly ever have a lag. The motion detection is also a great tool! It’s funny checking in on the clips of my dog and cats after motion detection notifies me and records a clip. I bought this after the MOBY pan-tilt camera was not working properly. Might as well pay extra money for this Blink camera that works so well.

Have to resert many times to get pan tilt to work wont buy again sadly

The camera didn’t work and They didn’t have more on stock to replace it. It was a waste of time

Work ok. Notifications delayed long enough for for objects to be gone before they can be viewed.

Not working at all not capable to connect with WiFi

The tilt doesn't work very well. I thought the camera would rotate on its own but it doesn't.
