I believe the cases will be more weather resistant than previous versions. I was happy to discover these cameras work with our existing sync module. Bonus, they were on sale!

Pretty simple to set up

During the free trial, everything was fine. Once we had to pay for subscription, the cameras act up. One camera is can barely catch a signal and wont load live feed, wont record, wont refresh thumbnail. Tried everything like starting fresh but still have the same problem. We have statlink so i dont see the problem. Now i cant return it.

Check your camera's signal strength in the Blink app under Device Settings. If it shows fewer than three bars, the camera may be too far from your Sync Module or experiencing interference.

Ensure your Sync Module has a strong connection to your router. Even with Starlink internet, physical obstacles like walls, metal objects, or other electronics can interfere with the signal between the Sync Module and camera.
Power cycle both the Sync Module and the affected camera: unplug the Sync Module for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Remove and reinsert the batteries in the camera after the Sync Module reconnects.
